WW: Preschool Crafts {Linky}

Isaak brought home a few crafts from preschool early last week:

He was so proud of his angel. As soon as a complimented him on his beautiful angel, I turned around and could not stop laughing. I was laughing because it's so cute. It's mixed with pretty wings and a rough kid drawing of a face.

Then when the children passed away at the school in Sandy Hook Elementary I looked at Isaak's angel sitting there on our table and cried. He has no idea that his little angel has a new meaning now.

He also made this cute Gingerbread House:

Aw - that would make me cry too.
I saw the front cover of the newspaper with the children's pictures, I bawled so hard right there at the cashier. So, so sad...

Hug little Isaak tightly, he seems like such a wonderful and creative boy!!

it is a beautiful angel. it certainly was such a tragedy at Sandy Hook.indeed, our kids should feel safe to go to school.

His angel kinda looks like Abe Lincoln. That school shooting really bugs me too.

Isaak is creative both with his angel and Gingerbread House. What happened in Connecticut is so sad.

I love the angel, and I completely understand what you are saying. Such a tragedy.

How cute! I think the gingerbread house looks great. We made one this past weekend but we were lazy and just a kit :)

Please give your son an extra hug & kiss every night...& pray that the horror of what happened at Newtown will never ever happen again in the America he grows up in.

What a wonderful angel! I love it and I know it will be a keepsake for Christmases to come. And the 'gingerbread' house--how adorable. Merry Christmas to you and yours.

I am always on the look out for cute ideas. I like them both but that gingerbread house looks much easier for GG to do than the ones we find in stores so thank you. Again.
