Last Year Mica Almost Caught the Easter Bunny!

It's true. The Easter Bunny was busy dealing with eggs way after bedtime. Mica had to go to the bathroom and peered into the room I was hiding eggs. I dropped everything and said, "Mica you just missed the Easter Bunny. He hopped out of here." Mica's eyes were wide. He bought it. I left the eggs all over. Then Daddy made Easter Bunny prints on Mica's drawing that was left on the wood floor.

Santa is much easier! He puts things in one spot.

Mica said earlier today, "Mom wouldn't it be funny if Dad was the Easter Bunny?" I said, "Mica that would be weird." I was thinking, Dad doesn't do crap compared to Mom!

Tonight I hid eggs in their closets, while they were outside with Daddy. I thought, This will be great because they can't hear me doing anything. They came in and I said, "Take your clothes off, and throw them down here in this pile. I'm getting ready to wash clothes." Mica didn't listen. He hung up his shirt. Then he said, "Oh no I hung up my shirt. I forgot what you told me to do." Lucky for me he doesn't pay attention well enough. He missed the eggs in his closet!

Then he said before bed, "I'm going to pretend to be sleeping and surprise the Easter Bunny like I did last year!"

Wish me luck!

Happy Easter!
