What Annoys You as a Parent?

I dislike shoes laying in the middle of the floor, and dishes left laying about.

Daddy dislikes umbrellas. For some reason he says they are for girls. He dislikes them because they break so easily, and they become weapons to our boys. They don't bother me too much.

By the way the Hatley umbrella is awesome! Mica's had it for awhile now. It's sturdy! The Kidorable umbrella that Isaak has broke the moment he opened it. He didn't even treat it like a weapon yet. I can tell it's not made to hold up. I love their raincoats though!

What do you dislike as a parent? Is it a certain toy, or some kind of item that they have?

I've never heard that about umbrellas before LOL. There is this one toy train that the boys have that plays this song when you press a button. They love it, so I don't want to throw it away. but I can feel my blood starting to boil every time I hear that song.

Since I'm not a parent I can't answer that question but I can definitely say that umbrellas are not for girls lol. Walk across any college campus in America and you'll quickly see that!

I'm not sure there was a toy that annoyed me when they were little. I remember people warning me about that Fisher Price popcorn popper toy but I always liked that thing. It never bothered me in the least!

I'm glad you said you like the raincoats because we got an umbrella that broke (it opened and would not shut) and I'd written the co. off.

What bothers me is dirty clothes/towels on the floor. It's not hard to pick them up and put them in the hamper.

What ticks me off if when they don't change the toilet paper roll. Or at least let me know it's out. The shoes bother me also, but I admit, I am guilty of doing it myself sometimes. The only toys that ever bothered me were the really loud baby toys. We had one that would go off in the middle of the night and scare the crap out of us when my kids were babies!

that is too funny about the umbrella...
what annoys me is when broxton gets one of his toys that makes noise... then leaves it making noise while he goes to do something else...
lol, that is why many of them have "dead batteries" really fast and we never change them. ha ha ha

Hahaha it has been a long time but to this day I can't stand being around whiny kids. I will walk out of a restaurant rather than sit near a family that the kid is whining and crying...

I don't get why some guys are like that!! As if umbrellas are for sissies... don't get the logic at all.

For me I really dislike doing the dishes & cleaning the toilets so lucky I have hubby to do those chores heehee.

My kids are generally good about picking up after themselves so I can't have many complaints there. I do get annoyed when they wipe their hands on their clothes. Get a paper towel already!
Logan, my 15 yoa, is notorious for not telling me about his plans until the day of. I told him I don't mind being his chaperone but a girl's gotta know at least a day in advance.

Drawerrs left open and dirty clothes scattered all over the house. Those drive me bonkers. I think sometimes that every other person in my house needs to get their eyes checked.
