Ronald or Donald McDonald?

Daddy lost his voice for a few days. He hasn't been himself. It's really too bad because he has a sculpture project he wants to finish up. Then we have the landing that needs a floor. The kitchen is done! The shutters need to be put back up on the house. The house is fully painted! I've been sanding away on an old locker that we're upcycling for Mica's room. Daddy wanted to spray the primer on. It would be nice to just have one thing FULLY done!

I've been the one that has worked with the boys the last 3 days. On Friday Daddy wasn't hungry, and went to lay down right away. He was annoyed with how loud the boys were being. They are loud talkers. If I tell them to use their quiet voices, that lasts about 3 minutes.

Since Daddy wasn't hungry, I was not that hungry, I went ahead and made dinner for the boys. Then I made a protein drink for me that had spinach, banana, almond milk, ground flax seed, and a scoop of rice protein.

I sat back and just listened to the boy's conversation.

Isaak: Mica is Donald McDonald real?

Mica: Do you mean Ronald McDonald?

Isaak: Yep that's the one. Donald McDonald.

Mica: You mean Ronald McDonald?

Isaak: Is he real or not?

Mica: He's real, but has make-up and a wig on.

Isaak: Really? Donald McDonald is real?

Mica: You mean RONALD MCDONALD! Yes he is REAL!

Were you ever a Ronald McDonald fan?

The boys met Ronald a few years back. Clowns creep me out, so I steered clear lol.

I remember my friend had a Ronald McDonald doll when I was a kid that blew a whistle. I wanted it so bad!
