Sing, Sing a Song Saturday

I started doing what I call Sing, Sing a Song Saturday.  I'm going to post one song on Saturdays that the boys or I like.

The song may be part of a movie, a kid's video or just a song we like. I'll try and include why we like it and/or the history of the song/singer.

Have you every heard of The Honey Trees? I've never heard of them, but they sound familiar. I used to listen to this band called The Sundays back in the 90s. They totally remind me of them.

The Honey Trees are a band made up of two people: Becky Filip and Jacob Wick. They are from Sacramento, California and San Louis Obispo, California. Their music is known to be dream pop.

To Be With You

I haven't heard of them, but I do like it. I haven't heard of The Sunday's either. Where have I been? Going to go have to YouTube them and see what I've been missing out on!

I like any remake of Moon River, and they did a good one.

I thought she sounded exactly like she looked like she would. Very pleasant and soothing.
