WW: Hat to the Side {Linky}

We went to the zoo this last weekend. I asked my oldest son Mica, "Can you please stand here, so I can get your picture?" This is what I got:

Mica looks like a skater kid. That's not his personality at all.

Since Mica had his hat off to the side Isaak thought he'd put his hat on that way as well:

The hat off to the side really looks odd on Isaak. It cracks me up that whenever Isaak wants his photo taken he crossed his arms like he's praying that I get a good photo of him.

My boys rarely wear a hat, since they can't have one on in school. Do you wear hats often?

Our zoo is the one that made national headlines. There was a lady that sneaked in, to pet a tiger. She got her hand bit, and has to have a few surgeries. We didn't pet a tiger. Just a shark. ;)

Skateboarders sure have a bad rep, snowboarders too. And the funny thing, that's what I thought when I saw that photo too.

Men here in Appalachia always wear a hat. Usually a ball cap. Older guys wear ball caps with their military service, ship, unit, etc on it for the most part. Younger guys have caps with sports logos, truck logos, gun logos, etc. Some very avante garde individuals wear cowboy hats or Indian Jones hats.....

Your boys take good pictures. They are growing up fast, aren't they.

That lady that stuck her hand in the tiger habitat was obviously one brick shy of a full load. We heard about her way down here.

That first picture made me laugh out loud - what an awesome pose! :) Good thing you didn't pet a tiger...petting a shark sounds awesome - and just as dangerous ;)
Have a wonderful rest of the week! Lots of hugs to you,
Beate

I used to wear caps often when I had short hair and was too lazy to style it :P

Your boys are handsome. My youngest, age 4, loves hats. He has a favorite hat that he wears in the summer and a favorite hat that he used to wear in the winter until it started unraveling, now he has a new winter hat. My other two boys only wear ball caps in the summer time if the sun is really bright.
