Cabbage Roll Soup #recipe

This is the time of year where we become loaded with garden tomatoes. Some years we can them, other years I just take the skin off them, deseed them, bag and freeze them. The extra juice from the tomatoes goes into ice cube trays. We use the tomato juice in soups.

We all like Cabbage Roll Soup!

Mmm.. seems very hearty and yummy to drink on a cold, wet day like what we're having today!

That does not sound appealing to me, but I don't like cabbage. To each his or her own though. :)

I love this kind of soup. I make a similar version, but call it hamburger vegetable soup :)

My oldest two boys would like that you are using two meats in there! We're big on soups in this family. :)

My boys like cabbage roll soup too. I won't make cabbage rolls though - they are so much work!

This would be filling! I can remember eating cabbage rolls as a kid, but have not had them in YEARS! This is the time of year I like to make soup and freeze individual servings.
