I want a ceiling like that!
A green ceiling and hallways that just seem to go on and on.
We asked a lady how to get to the top of the capitol. She said that we couldn't go up there. She let us be a part of their tour though. We stayed until we knew our parking meter was just about up.
This is where they vote on things - Democrats on one side and Republicans on the other. They all have a laptop to vote. I want more parties. A party that people do not laugh at because they are different.
The ceiling in that room.
Have you been to your state capitol?
I went to my country's capital building when I was in Canberra. They let you go up to the roof there, where there's an Australian flag the size of a double-decker bus.
ReplyDeleteI have never been to our capitol building, but like you find government buildings fascinating. So much work they put into them! The details are always so amazing!
ReplyDeleteWOW!! Such a cool place to visit. Love the photos, A.
ReplyDeleteIt looks like the US Capitol, only smaller.
ReplyDeleteI went to school in Columbia Missouri, but never made it to Jefferson City. I see know that I really missed something. What a beautiful state capital. In New Zealand, we don't have a state capital, just a national one, and I have been several times.
ReplyDeleteWhat a fab building interesting to love the photos :-)
ReplyDeleteHave a statetastic day :-)
I think the view looking up into capital rotundas is always the best! Thank you for sharing!
