I just had to contact parents of a boy who was bullying Allison online, calling her "homo" and "fat" on her pictures. We had issues with the boy 2 years ago, but I had her work it out herself to help her with her problem solving skills. It was just petty stuff then. After seeing the derogatory stuff he was saying this time around, and then I saw him say she should kill herself, I called his mom. I hate being the tattle tale mom, but when you encourage someone to kill themselves, it crosses a line. The mom felt horrible and we got it nipped in the bud for now. Hopefully, it will stay that way. I seriously don't understand parents that don't monitor their child's social media. I am on my girls like a hawk and know every word they write and every post they share (even in messages). I haven't had an issue like that come up with the boys who are both in middle school now. That is interesting about the Tylenol. I nor my family never uses it - Motrin or Advil for us. :)Kristi Maloneyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08957834200543862726noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8639909808542124326.post-33839100595023140632016-05-19T14:20:57.595-05:002016-05-19T14:20:57.595-05:00You did the right thing when you contacted the sch...You did the right thing when you contacted the school about that girl who was bothering your son. I wasn't aware that Tylenol can kill your empathy as well. I will have to Google that one. I'm not supposed to have Tylenol because I was hospitalized for a virus that attacked my liver. I was told that if you have had any problems with your liver you should stay away from acetaminophen. In my case the doctors said the virus in my liver could come back. They also told me to avoid alcohol, but I haven't been able to do that, though. Cascia Talberthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12001701584084843029noreply@blogger.com
