It's not meant to swallow. This product is for kids ages 6 and up. Unlike their toothpastes for kids this does have fluoride in it.

Directions:

Brush teeth thoroughly after each meal, or twice a day. 




Shake well before use.


Follow with swishing with Berry Blast.
