WW: Baby Swing {Linky}

My sister just posted about how it's tacky when boys, and men run around with no shirt on outside. We were outside and my husband (Dad) had his shirt off. The next thing I knew the boys had their shirts off to. I said, "Should I take my shirt off as well?" They both laughed and Mica said, "No! You have bras and stuff."

I continued on with my yard work. I looked over, and Mica (a tall 9 year old) is perched in a baby swing reading Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire with his fake glasses on.

I told Mica he looked both relaxed and ridiculous. Isaak my almost 7 year old said, "What I'm not ridiculous?" Isaak got mad I didn't call him ridiculous, and kept trying to push Mica in the baby swing. Here's Mica saying, "STOP it Isaak!" Isaak wasn't ridiculous, he was a punk.

  1. Wearing as little clothing as possible in the sun is great for getting a good dose of vitamin d! Lol.

  2. Like father, like son...This is so funny, when I was about six years old, I loved to run around without a shirt on. NOW, my boys hardly ever go without a shirt (except at the beach.) They are pretty modest. :)

  4. For reasons I have never been able to figure out, men work in light flannel shirts here, even in summer. They roll up the sleeves.

    Only at the beach will you ever see a post adolescent male without a shirt. I don't know why.

  6. I like seeing men with their shirts off. Topless little boys don't do anything for me, but I love a six pack.

  9. LOL - at least he didn't get stuck. When my girl was too big for it she got herself stuck in high chair.

  10. I don't think it's tacky for a guy to be outside without his shirt on = unless they're really overweight OR super hairy. Then I don't really want to see it. But otherwise, it's ok with me.

  11. I remember I am only allowed to do this up to a certain age but its so much fun to play half naked with your cousins esp in a tropical country like the Philippines where I am from.

  12. lol he looks cute. :) My youngest son won't take his shirt off in front of anyone, it makes me laugh. The older two are Florida boys and it's hard to get them to keep a shirt on. ;)

  13. So fun! I love the fake glasses!

    My boys are swimmers and are up at the neighborhood pool all summer so we're used to shirtless. Especially since one is in college swimming and has been since he's 13.

    :) Have a great day!
