A Great Gift!
This would be a perfect gift for new baby gifts set, and excellent for cloth diapers. I know my sister uses them with her son's cloth diapers.
The are energy saving - reducing the drying cycle, organic, a natural fabric softener - anti static, and hypoallergenic for sensitive skin. If you have a pet they reduce the amount of pet hair that stays in your clothing.
I don't have a baby at home, but we do have skin issues, and allergies. I make my own detergent, and use smart dryer balls instead of fabric softener.
i-grov always delivers an authentic product. They use certified wool to the core.
They Pay for Themselves!
They are $34.99 on Amazon, but on sale for $17.34. They save you money. You won't have to use store bought fabric softener. Dryers are expensive energy users. These wool dryer balls can by used for 1,500 plus cycles. They reduce your drying cycle down by 25% to 40%! They will absolutely pay you back!
Have you used dryer balls? Did you find them helpful?
The only thing that I've ever had a problem with is that they come rolling out with the laundry. That may be hard to get used to. The perks far surpass the wool balls coming out with the laundry.
I have been wanting to try dryer balls for a while now. These ones sound great!
ReplyDeleteI've never heard of such a thing, but if it saves me electricity and propane, I'm in. I guess you still have to buy anti-static sheets for the dryer though, don't you?
ReplyDeleteI've tried those smart balls. I do like them too.
ReplyDeleteWe used dryer balls in the past. I guess I should give them another go with all of Savannah's clothes :)
ReplyDeleteI have never used dryer balls. I happen to be out of dryer sheets. These seem like a much better alternative!
ReplyDeleteI have never used one before..it looks nice. I bet it smells wonderful as well.
ReplyDeleteWe too have allergies and I LOVE using my dryer balls with essential oils as well. From time to time one gets caught up in a sleeve or fall out my laundry when I am grabbing them out of the dryer, butI don't find that a big deal either when it comes to that. Besides, a dryer sheet gets stuck on clothes. These are a great deal! I think I will head over now to get some additional ones. THe ones I have had for about 6 years now could be passed along to my oldest son to use.
ReplyDeleteI like my dryer balls well enough, but find they don't do too well getting wrinkles out. I like the tip of adding essential oils. I just got some orange in that I bet would smell fantastic!
ReplyDeleteI have had Dryer balls for probably five years now. I really like them and never use fabric softener. Mine are starting to get warm so I'm probably going to have to buy some new ones soon.
