I keep getting this song in my head.
Except I don't know that I always feel good. I just feel like having kids old enough to want to hang out in their rooms more than with me, and so many new jobs have me feeling like life has started over.

Mmmm Bop. I tease my friend a lot because she hates that song, then I end up getting it stuck in my head too LOL
ReplyDeleteWhew, girl, I know the feeling of life starting over. It's 6 years in now and we're still not back to where we want to be, but we're doing ok! No complaints and still moving forward. And yes to the moments where they don't want to hang out, lol. It's so different when they start coming into their own. Still amazing though. Being a mom is my most favorite thing.
