    My daughter got me into those a few years back and ya know perhaps I'll get them rolling again.

    Now that I am gray, it is no big deal. I think more shall if they knew how liberating it feels to not hide regrowth or that nasty line of whatever color a head of hair becomes. I was toooo vain for toooooo long.

  6. That breakfast looks amazing, first off. My breakfast involved ramen noodles and tea :(
    I've had chia seeds in bread before, but that's about it. My ma crushes them up and puts it in her yogurt. I didn't realize how much nutrients and stuff were in them. Surprising!

  7. they are very popular these days, but I just can not seem to get into them. it was in a bar I was trying and ugh........ not a fan.

  8. What an AMAZING looking breakfast! I use chia seeds in my breakfast smoothie but now I will need to add them as one of the alternatives to the muffins etc.
