- Isaak's been wanting to play what I call, The Manipulative Potty Game.
- I have him try and go potty before I lay him down at nap and night time.
- He doesn't always go, which is fine.
- He yells out 10 min. after I've laid him down, "Mommy, potty!"
- I go and get him to try again. Nothing.
- 10 min. later I hear again for Isaak, "Mommy, potty!"
- I let it go, and tell him to go to sleep.
- Twice it's gone on for awhile.
- I go to check on him, and smell poop.
- Clean up time. I feel guilty for not acting on his desperate call for, "Mommy, potty!"
- What's a mom to do?
