Daddy noticed the toilet was leaking from a pipe downstairs. We bought a new toilet. He was going to install it, and the floor looked like this underneath.
Last night we went to pick out new flooring. Some of the flooring we up the wall, so he ripped that out, and we got new wood molding.
In the mean time we are without water.
The good things are that he doesn't have to replace the sub floor, and that he caught it early enough, so it wasn't worse.
Last night Daddy said: "I'm going to leave the hallway light on."
I said: "That's good. We don't want the boys tripping over a toilet." Sadly it's the truth.

Gah, sorry to hear about it!!
Thank goodness it was caught early enough!
Haha, good idea, daddy!! LOL.
Water problems can be a major headache! Glad you caught this one in time!
I hope he can get you back up and running on the water soon. That's a real issue psychologically in terms of feeling comfortable at home.
glad you have such a handy hubby :)
