Bamboo Toothbrush with Soft Bristles Review

I know many people think about diapers filling up landfills, but what about toothbrushes? I know toothbrushes are small. Every household uses them.

WooBamboo Eco-Awesome Toothbrushes are a stylish and eco friendly alternative to the typical landfill-cluttering plastic toothbrush. I received a Bamboo Toothbrush to review.

I wanted to try one because I believe that small things in landfills add up.

These toothbrushes are made with bamboo...

  • that's sustainable
  • that's organically grown
  • that's biodegradable
  • that's antimocrobial
  • that's panda-friendly!

Packaging:

The only thing I wish that was different, is that it wouldn't be packaged with plastic. Just a small box would do. It defeats the purpose of saving on landfills if there's plastic in the packaging.

The bristles are perfect in my opinion. They say that they are soft. I thought they felt in the middle of soft and hard. I like that! Extra soft bristles just don't get the gums clean in my opinion.

Isaak saw this "new" toothbrush sitting on the sink and he was amazed at the look of it. He said, "Mom that's made from wood!" I said, "Nope! It's made from bamboo." Then we had to look up bamboo.

Cost:

$4.95 and on sale for $3.99. If it seems like a lot, it's nothing compared to some of the toothbrushes I've gotten for the boys. Those light up toothbrushes are not cheap.

I do like this toothbrush! It's Eco-Awesome.

Disclaimer: I received this eco-friendly toothbrush for free for the purpose of this review. The opinions are 100% mine.

The Rockee Toothbrush by Violight #Giveaway

The Rockee Toothbrush (by VioLight) wobbles, spins, but never tips.

I've never seen a toothbrush like this before. It reminds me of weeble wobble toys.

My boys were fighting over who was going to review this toothbrush. It seems like it's more geared towards younger kids, so Isaak reviewed it. Isaak has never been so excited to brush his teeth. He said, "Mom I just love my toothbrush because it never falls down! It's the coolest thing ever!"

I like that it doesn't fall down as well. I often worry about germs with the standard toothbrush. Kids let things fall, and don't even give it a second thought. They also seem to get toothpaste on the sink a lot. When their toothbrush doesn't fall, there is less mess.

Other kid's toothbrushes are too wide to fit in a standard toothbrush holder. With the Rockee Toothbrush Isaak doesn't need to put it in a toothbrush holder at all. It just stands on it's own.

If you don't like the puppy design, they have others:
  • Green
  • Blue
  • Purple
  • Red
  • Parrot
  • Cat
The Rockee Toothbrush is $12.99. It comes with1 toothbrush head on the toothbrush, and 2 extra brush heads.  Two pack replacement heads are $6.95.

It's Giveaway Time!

One of my US readers is going to win their own dog or cat Rockee Toothbrush by Violight. *You need to be over the age of 18 to enter.
