I've experimented with Premium Lavender Essential Oil, and now know that I have to mix it with other things to use it. Alone it's too potent for me. When I mix it with peppermint and lemon oils it's perfect!

Directions for Use:
This product is highly concentrated. NEVER massage UNDILUTED oils, but rather always use a quality carrier oil. Add 5 drops of Lavender oil per 10ml of carrier oil. You can use Coconut Oil, Olive Oil, or Avocado Oil to mix in with your oils. Use 1-2 drops for babies and the elderly.
