WW: Outside {Linky}

Do you ever feel really cooped up during the winter time? Maybe in the south people do not. In the midwest it is really a thing. I don't want to go anywhere because it's cold, grey, and windy. Sometimes snowy and icy too.

A few weeks ago Travis convinced all of us that we needed to get out of the house. We went hiking at OPPD Arboretum and Heron Haven Nature Center. Both a small, but do have some walking/hiking you can do.

I did opt to digitally enhance the photo above. Again I'm already sick of colorless grass. It makes me want to see Wyoming - Geyser's once again, in the hot summer of course. 

The boys like any kids do wanted to explore this tunnel. Isaak got a bit freaked out that water would start flowing fast in it, and they wouldn't be able to get out. I think he's been watching too many movies/shows.

He felt better when he was safe. Too good really. The punk kept annoying all of us. Ha!

We saw some cattails, which I don't know if I've ever noticed them - except in cartoons.

Best Foot Relief Glycerine Filled Liquid Insoles Review

My husband has been complaining about his feet. He said, "I need insoles." I got Best Foot Relief Glycerine Filled Liquid Insoles to review. They sell for $75, but are on sale for $39. 

They came in perfect condition. I had no problems with the company what so ever.

I have medical built insoles. I have very little left ankle + no arch. My insoles are built up a lot! I happen to know that just like braces, and mouth guards are hard to get used to, so are insoles. It's like putting hard shoes on a baby for the first time. They have problems walking in them. 

These insoles are not hard. They are the opposite. It's like a water bed for your feet. They are super comfortable! Just different to walk on. The glycerine moves around, while you walk. It's perfect for people that stand at a job all day. Travis however is still getting used to them. 

There are a Ton of Perks to These Insoles:

• Compared to other insoles they are inexpensive
• They are not bulky like my insoles

• They massage your feet, which increases blood circulation

Travis had no problem getting them to fit in his shoes. I did notice that he needs not only insoles, but new shoes. His shoes are worn out!

He's walked around in them for a few days. They still feel new and different. He's never had insoles at all. There's a lot of perks to the insoles, so we'll have to wait and see how he feels about them weeks from now.

Truth, Lies and Laughs

I took the day off today. Daddy had to go set up for an art exhibit.

Truth

Isaak's a grouch when he wakes up from his nap. Any time he has a break down it's right after nap time. Isaak and I walked Mica up to school. Towards the end of the day I bundled Isaak up like a brown bear. We were off to go pick up Mica. We were two houses down and he started crying because Daddy drives to pick up Mica, Mommy didn't drive. I walked. He cried and I'm sure the whole neighborhood heard him. The only way I could get the punk to stop crying was by telling him, "Listen when we get up to the school do you want everyone staring at us? They are going to stare at us if you are screaming like that." Then I tried to divert his attention to something else. I told him, "I don't know my ABC's can you help me?" I said them in all kind of mixed up orders and he was laughing at me. I was able to divert my stubborn child. 

Lies

Tonight Daddy sat down after his road trip, and a used Kleenex was in his spot. Daddy said, "Who's is this?" It wasn't Mica's, it wasn't mine and I pretty much knew it was Isaak's. He claimed it wasn't his either. He flat out said, "It's not mine." Daddy said, "Isaak have you blown your nose anytime today?" Isaak said, "I blew my noses lots of times today." Yep Isaak much have more than one nose. ;) He went through the same questioning with the rest of us and Mica and I were like, "Nope." Daddy said, "You know what? I'm just going to throw this thing away. Try and not leave Kleenexes laying around." Isaak said giggling, "It's mine." It was as if he was playing us. Totally something I would have done. I don't know if it's lying or just being silly. He came clean right away afterward. He was giddy giggling about it.

Laughs

The phone rang. We've gotten so many political calls. Everyone hears me bit** about the calls. Mica said, "I'll get it." Now usually he's really good on the phone. Tonight he answered it and said, "Hello". It was some kind of recording, so he hung up right away. He said, "I'm not going to talk to someone that won't tell me their name. I hate that." I just had a good laugh over that one.
