Many, many weeks back my husband and I went to see A Raisin in the Sun at Omaha Community Playhouse. I went through my old work laptop, and found the images. I was so happy to have won tickets! A big thank you goes out to my ENT office on FB! I've won tickets to see two different shows through them.
They won't let you photograph the show because it's a huge distraction to the actors.
With everything going on in the news I thought it was a perfect week to post it.
Never saw it live, but I did see the film. Lovely that you get to go to so many live shows. I can't wait until Covid is gone and we can go once again. We were able to get to Lion King in March before everything shut down, but the rest of the shows we have tickets for this year have been rescheduled for next summer :(
Brilliant glad you enjoyed it at the time it's been years since I went to see a live theatre or concert my last live concert was to see Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons at London Palladium in the 90's they were brilliant
No, I do not! But I liked the title! Thank you for something new! Instead of watching the news, a movie or theater is perfect! All the best and Happy WW!
Nope never saw this nor did I know about it so your video was very inspiring. Listening to the entire video. I'm from Chicago, so I understood much of it. CONGRATS on winning your tickets and so happy you shared with us. Thank you. Stay healthy and stay safe. hugs
Ooops I think I left my comment someplace else, probably the one below Random Tid Bits. Anyway, the play sounds really interesting and coming from Chicago I understood much of it. Have a wonderful day and stay safe & healthy!

Such a classic and everyone needs to see it in some form.
