Living in Their Robes

I don’t know why I bothered to buy clothes this year. Both boys have mostly lived in their robes. It doesn’t matter if it’s 100 degrees outside; they’ll still be in their robes. Travis has to beg them to get dressed at times.

Mica’s shorts are looking a bit too short, but they still fit around the waist. He’s so tall! Isaak’s going to be tall to!

I was shocked on the first day of school..,I was ready to spot the boys still in their robes. They got dressed + did their hair!

Do you even bother to get dressed in actual clothes, when you’re at home day in and day out?

I do get dressed because if I don't, someone comes over for something. We are back to school now, in person, no choice since I teach. They won't let us teach from home. So...we are back to a normal routine. My daughter loves her robe.

I'm right there with them. I totally live in my robe too! And I wear pajamas all the time now.

If I am not leaving, I wear my pajamas or leggings and a tee shirt. Why dirty up good clothes if I don't have to? We didn't do school clothes shopping this year. I told Allison when it's time to go back to in person learning, we'll shop then. No point when she sits on her bed now to do all of her school work and zoom meetings.
