Clear Plastic Jars Cosmetic Containers Review

I knew right away when I saw the set of Clear Plastic Jars that I wanted to review them. You're probably wondering, What in the heck would she need those for?

A lot of uses came to my mind.
  • Beads for making jewelry, or crafts
  • Little art mediums that I alone have come up with
  • Pills
  • Plant seeds
  • Makeup
  • Travel creams
  • Homemade lip balm
I've posted a recipe on here before for my lip balm. Let me tell you it's the best lip balm I've ever used. I made some more last night for Christmas presents.

I did one batch with lemon essential oil and another with peppermint essential oils. This filled most of the containers. For just me I would make this much. It's 1 part of each of the ingredients. You could do 1/2 a Tablespoon of all the below ingredients to cut the recipe way down if you'd like.
  • 2 Tablespoons Shea Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons Coconut Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Paraffin Wax
Melt in a double boiler. Keep stirring it. Isaak stirred, while I put in the ingredients.

Put drops of your choice of essential oils in the mix (however much you like), stir and pour in the containers. They harden in about 5 minutes.

Isaak kept getting coconut oil and shea butter on himself. I said, "Just rub it into your skin." He loved helping.

It comes with 25 jars. We filled up 20. 10 gram each. They are mini clear plastic jars with lids that screw on. I found them to be a little difficult to screw on. Maybe it's because my fingers were oily. They are made of high quality PS material Easily screws together for compact storage.

What would you use these jars for?

We'd use them for homemade lip balms too. Allison wants to make Nutella lip balm tomorrow, but I need to get containers first.
