It's Trisomy Awareness month. Trisomy just means an extra of a chromosome. The most popular day that is celebrated in the month is on the 21st of this month. That's celebrating for Down Sydrome. Little Emerson will celebrate tomorrow. He has Trisomy 18, Edwards Syndrome.
Emerson doesn't sit up all the time alone. Here he is though:

He is sitting pretty well there. That disease is so sad, hopefully they can find a cure.

Everytime I see his photo in this outfit, I have to smile. But he looks so sleepy. Must be his meds.
he looks super cute even tho tired. he definitely is a super Emerson getting through everything so far in his short life. I guess he just needed a short super nap after working hard all day.
