When he got back he heard a hissing noise. It was karma from Travis parking in the fire lane. It was the tire. He wanted to drive it for 20 minute to where we were going. I said, "No way. We're going back home to switch vehicles." As we were driving the 5 minute drive back home Travis could tell a difference in the way it rode. I'm so glad we went back!
Travis switched the tire to the spare.
Day 1: On Monday he drove it to the nearest dealership. We thought we had coverage. The dealership didn't know. Travis called where we bought it. They said, "Oh they should know! All they have to do is look up the code number in your car. They aren't doing their job! Call us back if you need our service."
They had to order a tire.
Day 2: The wrong tire came in. Travis
They did give us a vehicle to drive, while it's in the shop. I said, "Well I'm ok with that. Wear and tear on their car, not ours."
They also said they'd give our car a detail. Meaning they'd clean it very well. It was dusty, so great!
Day 3: The tire didn't come in.
Day 4: Travis was finally able to pick up our Subaru. He picked it up and the detail clean job wasn't done at all. Travis
Geez I never knew it was so hard to order and change a tire!

Note: Omaha dealerships suck! With us both working full time it's a pain in the you know what to drive way out of the way for good service. I wonder if dealerships get good tax breaks to be out of the city?
Of course they want a great review, or no review at all. I'm all about telling the truth. I'm not going to give a company a bad review if I had one bad experience. But if multiple things go wrong I'll say the truth.

They make it so hard just to change a tire!! And seriously, putting back wet car mats?? Eeww.
I feel exhausted just reading your account too.. at least you've got your car back.
Ai @ Sakura Haruka
That is so frustrating!
I'd def. be annoyed with wet mats. Geez.
Travis sounds like my husband when things aren't going right.
Sounds like a bunch of incompetent workers! Who puts wet mats back into the car. Geesh!
I would be LIVID.
I have noticed my patience is next to nothing these days... not a good thing either. :(
I can imagine Rudi, my husband, complains about their sloppy works like Travis. They need to pay more attention to their works
