WW: Bands {Linky}

It's funny getting texts from Mica - age 12.

I never heard of not being called into the office at school as, "Referral Free".

Here's the prize bands he got:

Very interesting. I guess that is a way to motivate people. Good job. Thanks for hosting and I hope that you have a wonderful day.

I think it is cool that he gets some sort of recognition for being good. I don't think my daughter's school does anything like that to reward good behavior. That's awesome for him! You have a good kid!

Have a great week :)

Count me as on that bandwagon. Referral either sounds like a getting referred for a job or sent from your doctor to a specialist. But hey, no principal's office is a win no matter what they call it.

I'm with you - that wording makes no sense at all. But Congrats to your child! Well done. A win is a win, whatever it's called.

Congrats on being referral free (never heard it put that way either lol)

Your texts are cute. I'd be embarrassed to share the ones between me and Allison. We joke A LOT, I think some people would wonder wth is wrong with these people? if they ever read them.

What a good idea to award the kids who never get into trouble. We have a dance at the end of each semester. Anyone who got a referral is not permitted to go. The dean comes around and puts wrists bands on the students who can go. They are those sticky/papery kinds though. Nothing they can keep. 'Grats to your son on getting both bands!
