Someone took a spill on their bike. I was there when he fell, I hugged him, he walked away, and went on riding.
Then he realized he was bleeding. He dropped his bike, and it took a long time for him to get up, and just walk over to us. I knew he was alright because I saw him walk prior to this. For some reason seeing the blood had him freaked out.

Oh jeez. Boys will be boys, though.
Aww, poor little guy. My little one is just like that, fine until he sees the blood and then it's all she wrote.
So weird seeing this because we too...well, my grandson who is in a different state than I am had a bloody Sunday also. It was VERY bloody as he opened his leg to where you could see the bone. When My daughter sent me the pic, it made me so sick. Thought it would require more stitches than 19 but that was in and he was in quite a bit of pain in the middle of the night. Then, it broke my heart when my daughter said he asked if he was going to die....oh gosh...the things that happen with our kids
That's quite the wound! I am glad to hear that he was able to get back on and keep riding!
My kids would have been very upset getting hurt and bloody like that, even if it does not hurt a lot, just the sight of it upsets them. Hope he is ok now.

Something about seeing the blood makes it 1000 times worse than what it really is in a kid's mind.

yep.. and luckily for us, bandaids still heal most injuries ;)
Glad he's alright.
