SPORT All-Terrain, Lightweight Sporty Cane Review

Disclosure: I got this product as part of an advertorial.
I was so happy to be accepted to review a SPORT All-Terrain, Lightweight Sporty Cane with precision handle and tip.

My mom really can't go out of the house without a cane. It will be nice for her to just leave a cane in the car, and have another one in the house.

She's a Post Polio Survivor. She's been lucky to not have to be in a wheel chair, but has had plenty of leg, ankle, and foot problems.

SPORT is made by Sabi. It's $34.99. The cane is one piece. It's made with high-strength aluminum; the same grade of aluminum used in bicycle frames! You pick out the size based on the height of the person that it's for. There is a spot on their website to put in a custom size. It is $15 extra for the custom size.

I got a size Medium for my Mom. It's light weight, 10-11 oz. The cane supports up to 250 lbs of weight. The single-piece cane offers more stability and safety than those that are in different pieces. It has been tested by SGS Labs.

They come in four different matte colors: Purple Rain, True Coral, Sage Green and Twilight Blue. I was sent a Purple Rain cane to give to her. She loves the color!

The cane handle is rubber-dipped and ultra-comfortable, offering a smooth, secure grip. At first she didn't think she liked the handle, but when she gave it a try on the steps she liked it. It's no-slip. This helps when the surface is uneven. Where I went to grad school in Savannah, Georgia there were areas full of cobble stone streets. I remember my mom having so much trouble walking there. Just this summer my mom hiked around Devil's Tower. Imagine how well she could have done with SPORT!

The bottom of the cane is really the only thing that may need to get replaced from time to time. It's pretty easy to replace.
