Royal Dead Sea Seborrhea Cream Seborrheic Dermatitis Treatment Review

I know some of my readers as well as my own kids have suffered from eczema. I just got Royal Dead Sea Seborrhea Cream Seborrheic Dermatitis Treatment to review.

I've tried so many products on my boys in the past. Probiotics did help. Many of the creams had Steriods and Parabens in them. The creams would help at first, but the problem would return worse than when I first started using it on them. I hated putting Steriods and Parabens on my little boys.

Royal Dead Sea Seborrhea Cream Seborrheic Dermatitis Treatment does not have any harmful chemicals! It's a thick, smooth cream.

It will help with Isaak's rough spots that he has from time to time, and that spot under Mica's chin that continues to be rough. It seemed like Rosewater was helping Mica's chin, but it kind of came to a halt, and has looked and felt the same for a long time now. We even sent him to a Pediatric Dermatologist. They tested his chin to see if what he had was bacterial. It's not. She gave us a cream, which was filled with harmful chemicals!

Ingredients:
  • Lavender
  • Patchouli
  • Geranium
That's right...just those 3 ingredients.

Even if it doesn't help with Mica's chin (we haven't had it long enough to tell), it will help with Isaak's rough spots. His pediatrician told me that he should be using lotion daily because of his dry skin.

The essential oils and plant extracts in Royal Sea products were chosen with special thought. They chose things that have therapeutic purposes and healing qualities.

I love that it's safe for all skin types. It relieves flaky, itchy, and scaly skin. There's no burning or itching when it's applied. Mica had nothing to complain about when he put it on.

Packaged:

It was in bubble wrap. It comes in a well designed box. The lid was tightly sealed, and it had a cover over the cream.

Cost:

$29.90 for 2 ounces. That may seem like a lot, but you only need to use a drop to cover the skin.

Have you ever had any skin issues?

Disclaimer: I got this product for a discounted price in exchange for an honest review. I only review things I think will benefit my family and/or readers.

Dermaroot 100% Natural Homeopathic Eczema Pill Review

My sons have battled with Eczema off and on their whole lives. When they were babies they had it on their scalps. I tried oils and creams nothing seemed to help long term. I found out probiotics did make the Eczema go away after they took it for a few weeks. I've found something new. It's called Urbal Dermaroot. It's made by doctors in the US to help long term relief of dry skin, itching, redness, rashes, and inflammation.

At first I wasn't sure if children could take it. I did contact the company, and found that they can. Isaak's clear of Eczema right now. Mica on the other hand has had a spot on his chin that comes and goes. We've been to the Pediatrician and Dermatologist. The Pediatrician didn't know what it was. He keeps saying that it's Eczema, or orange peel skin. He sent Mica to see a Dermatologist. The Dermatologist scraped his chin, and found that it's not bacterial. She sent him home with some steroid cream that worked at the time, but it's since come back.

I'm hoping in a months time we can show an after picture. I've read that seriod cream isn't good for you. It may work great for shot term use, but not long term. We're trying Dermaroot.

You can take 3 pills twice a day. I'm giving Mica 2 pills twice a day, since he's a child. A child does need to be able to swallow pills.

I do love that it was made by doctors in the US!

Mica doesn't mind taking the pills. I think his chin annoys him. He hates that this is something that comes and goes. We want it gone.

Cost wise it isn't cheap: $59.95. If it works than it's worth it. It's just hard with reviews because you have to have a review up soon after getting the product. Mica just started taking it this week.

Here's what the pills look like:

They do fill up the bottle. A 1/2 filled bottle just annoys me. I find that most companies do not use the full container. This company does.

I love that they have their ingredients easy to read. I looked up everything. Nothing was a watch out for this ingredient.

Ingredients:

  • Peony root without bark
  • Cherry bark
  • Platycodon root (radix platycodi)
  • Ginger fresh rhizome, Phellodendron stem bark
  • Bupleurum root
  • Coptis rhizome
  • Schizonepeta above ground parts
  • Licorice root & rhizome
  • Skullcap root
  • Poria sclerotium
  • Gardenia fruit
  • Angelica root
  • Rehmannia root tuber
  • Sichuan lovage rhizome
  • Siler root
  • Pubescent angelica root

I'm homing in the month I can update this post with a new and improved picture of Mica's chin.

La DermiNu 100% Pure Certified Organic Argan Oil Review

I love Argan Oil. La DermiNu's 100% Pure Certified Organic Argan Oil. I like the way Argan Oil feels on my skin more so than Fractionated Coconut Oil.

Why Do I Like It?
  • Just by applying a little bit makes my hair soft
  • It reduces Isaak and Mica's dry patches on their skin (eczema)
  • It helps keep my stray hairs down
  • It's supposed to strengthen nails - I haven't tried it on my nails

How to Know if Argan Oil is Pure?
  • It should be very expensive and time consuming oil to produce. If you come across, for example, a bottle of Argan oil, 100 ml in size for anything less than $32 then chances are its fake as the cost of getting the oil to the customer would mean very little profit for the seller and therefore would make it very suspicious. The price of La DerminNu Argan Oil is $79.95, but it's on sale for $24.95.
  • It should have a light nutty smell to it because it's extracted from the nut.
  • It should have a slight golden color.
  • The texture should, of course, be of an oil and not a watery substance.

Many people are raving about their results using La DermiNu's 100% Pure Certified Organic Argan Oil!

The Benefits to 100% Pure Certified Organic Argan Oil:
  • Stimulates hair growth; makes your hair strong, healthy, shinier, and more manageable!

  • Moisturizes, smoothes and softens dry and blemished skin while minimizing fine lines and wrinkles to fight aging!

  • Heals skin and tissues, decreases inflammation, protects from sun damage!

  • Purifies your skin with argan oil's amazing natural triterpenoids!
  • Apply to dry, damaged hair to restore the silky, shiny, luster of youth

  • Apply to face for a penetrating moisturizing, radiant and glamorous look

  • Apply all over body to provide nourishment, healing, and softening to your skin

Other Facts About La DermiNu  Argan Oil:
  • It is the highest grade of Virgin Argan Oil

Mysterious Spot Kid

Both of our boys battled baby eczema when they were little. They both got it after their major sicknesses. If you are unfamiliar Mica had a staph infection in his neck when he was 7 months, and Isaak had meningitis when he was 2 months. Antibiotics were pushed down them. All for good reason. They saved their little lives.

I think back and man they were sick. Their white blood cell counts went through the roof, and they both had nasty fevers. Mica couldn't turn his head to eat. Isaak didn't want to eat at all. They both had that sick cry that went on and on. I waited at their bedsides, read to them and sang to them.

With heavy antibiotics given to them they both developed baby eczema on their heads. Since this happened to Mica first I thought it was cradle cap. I called it "Cradle Crap". I was thinking that's what he had because I was unable to bathe him like I would if he were well. I scrubbed his little head until it bled. This is not something I was proud of. I just read that that's the only way to get rid of cradle cap. Except it wasn't cradle cap. It was baby eczema.

I tried creams and oils, and nothing helped. They just made him look like a grease monkey, with a sore under the grease. It was recommended to me to by a family member to give Mica probiotics. So 8 years ago is when I first was introduced to probiotics. It took a few weeks of him taking them, and it started lightening up.

Later on the same went for Isaak. Except I was experienced in the problem at hand. Sure enough probiotics cleared him up.

Mica always has been my mysterious kid. He was born with a cyst under his tongue, which made his tongue thin on one side. He had to get an MRI to see if he had a cyst in his brain. They didn't know if he'd talk, or eat right. He clearly does both just fine. He crawled funny, and when he first started walking he limped.

Now he has yet another mysterious spot. The doctor has seen Mica's chin.  I took him in because the spot would not go away. He told me to wait it out, and if it still had not gone away to call him. They told me to put Hydrocortisone cream on his spot. I don't know why, but I forgot about probiotics being the only thing that helped in the past. I called the doctor once again because the spot is still here. They wanted me to email pictures in.

It is actually better than what it started out being. Before it was more red, and got a pimple in the middle of it twice.

Just so you can see it's red under his chin:

They (the whole office) can't figure out what's wrong with his chin. The next step is to see a dermatologist, or just wait it out longer. I'm going to stop with the Hydrocortisone Cream and continue with probiotics and make the probiotic a paste and put it on his skin as well. It worked on the boys when they were babies.

The  Hydrocortisone Cream is a steroid. All those creams have side effects.

Do you or your kids have skin problems?

Breakfast Dinner and an Oatmeal Bath

Tonight both boys were excited because I made a breakfast meal for supper. We had pancakes with June Berries that I froze from our June Berry tree and organic raspberry syrup. Then we had potatoes from our garden with ham and carrots. I gave them each a slice of pear as well. They asked for juice, but I said "No because they had a juice box at Grandma and Grandpa Spiehs' house." They seemed to be ok with that answer.

After dinner I used the mini food processor to grind up 2 cups of oatmeal. My boy's had an oatmeal bath tonight. I read that it's supposed to help with itching (Isaak has a baby eczema outbreak on his head right now). It also is supposed to be calming. The boy's seemed excited that I was filling the tub up with water more then normal. I usually am pretty skimpy with water. Then Isaak was giddy about me sprinkling the oatmeal in. He was trying to eat it as it fell into the tub. He's so funny sometimes!

Baby Eczema

Oh how I wish Isaak's skin would be baby soft like his hair is baby fine!

He has what I call, "Chicken Skin". He has baby eczema problems every once in awhile.

This problem used to be worse. Mica had it too. I'm only hoping Isaak grows out of it like Mica did.

Do you have sensitive skin?
