Wiley's Finest® CatchFree™ Full Spectrum Omega-3 Softgels Review

Wiley's Finest Full Spectrum Omega-3 Softgels are great to take. It helps with the heart and brain.

Catch-Free:

Since it’s catch-free, there’s no fishy taste or burps. I've heard of people having a fishy taste with these supplements, but I never have. I still like that it's vegan. We're not meat free, but trying to do with less meat.

Packaging:

It came in a box, with bubble wrap over it. The cap was sealed with plastic. The inside of the cap had foam sealed inside it.

I love the look of their packaging, but the text on the bottle is hard to read.

I think it's so wonderful they filled the bottle up!

One daily dose of two easy-to-swallow vegan omega-3 capsules deliver:

  • 725mg of total omega-3s
  • 500mg DHA fatty acids
  • 5mg EPA fatty acids
  • Vitamins D3 and K2

Omega-3s, EPA and DHA are well known to support a wide range of health benefits, including*:

  • A healthy heart and strong vitality for men and women of any age
  • Long-term vision care
  • Softer, wrinkle-free skin
  • Enhanced memory, better concentration and sharper focus
  • Flexible joints and better mobility
  • A stronger immune system so you can look and feel your best

Wiley's Finest® CatchFree™ Vegan Omega-3 Liquid Supplement Review

Wiley’s Finest makes a vegan non-GMO Omega 3 Liquid Supplement.

Why is it important that it's vegan even to those that are meat eaters? Because some of the Omega 3 supplements are not, and they leave a fish flavor in your mouth.

This Omega 3 supplement actually has a mango flavor. It can be mixed with water.

Packaging:

It came inside a box, wrapped up in bubble wrap, and the lid had plastic on it.

I love that they fill the bottle up! So much waited packaging, but not with Wiley's Finest.

The packaging looks great, but is a bit hard to read. It's hard to determine how much to give. I wish it came with a dropper that said how many drops = a dose.

Smoothie Time:

We usually have a smoothie each morning. Since I've lost my job, for the time being we're laying low and having a big tall glass of water most mornings.

Guess what? It's berry season. So we have free strawberries and free June berries. We also have lots of kale. Smoothie time renewed. Our smoothie this morning had drops of Wiley's Finest® CatchFree™ Vegan Omega-3 Liquid Supplement, berries, banana, kale, ice and milk.

Where to buy Wiley's Finest® CatchFree™ Vegan Omega-3 Liquid Supplement:

Check them out on Amazon, there’s a coupon right now http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B084Z6ZSKW it is on Prime, for $34.85 save $2.00 with the coupon they have.

One daily dose of 1 teaspoon of vegan omega-3 delivers:

  • 2,300mg of total omega-3s
  • 500mg DHA fatty acids
  • 5mg EPA fatty acids
  • 1,300mg ALA fatty acids
  • Vitamin D3

Omega-3s, EPA and DHA are well known to support a wide range of health benefits, including*:

This looked like an ear to me, but I guess it was a kidney. It was in Mica's Healthcare Academy room.

Prostate Supplement for Active Men - Saw Palmetto Enhanced Review

I think it's important to take care of yourself any way that you can.

I got Travis a product made by Zen Naturally. It's the Ultra Man Care product for prostate health. It's for active men, and Travis is always active doing something. It's Saw Palmetto Enhanced - Veggie Capsules.

What it Helps With:

-Healthy Urination & Frequency Flow
-Prostate Health
-Better Sleep
-Healthier Hair

This product may block 5-alpha-reductase, an enzyme that converts testosterone to DHT. DHT is the molecule responsible for hair loss and also is involved in the enlargement of the prostate. I say may because every body is in fact different. What works for one, doesn't work for another.

Where to Get it:

Get it on Amazon Prime for $15.99 $15.19: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07JJRB9VW. They do have different buying options.

It did come with a foam top and plastic that covered the lid.

I do wish there were more pill + bump up the cost, or shrink the bottle. Most pill bottles waist so much room. I'm one that cares about our landfills. I recycle, but know not all recyclables get recycled. Sad, but true. I reuse when I can. I just wish pill and food companies didn't waist so much room in the packaging.

Instructions:

There are 60 pills. You are to take 2 at a time. It's best to drink an 8 ounce glass of water, take the 2 pills 30 minutes before eating for the best results.

We tend to take our pills in the morning with breakfast. I'm thinking this should be one Travis takes before dinner.

What's a pill you take to make you a healthier you?

Health Care Academy

I know I've been hanging low for blogging lately. It's the end of the semester where I teach, Travis has been working long hours on his chair design that should be finished as of this morning, Isaak has homework he needs help with most nights, the boys have had a lot of evening events for school, and I've been looking for freelance design work. Travis has yet to mow the lawn. He won't let Mica or I do it because it's the first time it will be mowed. With my allergies it's not a great idea I mow anyhow.

Moving on...

Last weekend Mica had his first Health Care Academy Expo.

I have to be honest...I didn't know what to expect with this academy. I do know a few years ago Mica wanted to be a Pediatrician. He's since changed his mind, after he had Astronomy class. I told him it's not as easy to have a career in Astronomy. He said, "I can be an Astrophysicist." I said, "That means you have to have a lot of math, which you don't care for. You can't live in Omaha, Nebraska for a career like that. That's ok you can move." He didn't say anything. I wanted him to try out the Health Care Academy because it's free. If he doesn't like it, he isn't paying for college classes to realize that. I convinced him to join up with the Health Care Academy at school. They have a one week camp during the summer, and lots of classes and activities during the school year. He was hesitant, but decided to apply because I asked him too. He had an interview, and had to fill out an application. Mica got in. If he hates it, it will be my fault. Ha!

Good Vibes:

The Health Care Academy is ran by his homeroom and science teacher he had last year. She was great for both. Good vibes going in!

What the Health Care Academy Expo was About:

They were slow to get started. Lots of speakers, pharmaceutical booths and food.

I found out that the King Science students will be working with patients that have Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's, and Dementia. I've known people that have had each of those.

One speaker has Multiple Sclerosis, another is a Neurosurgeon, there were Pharmaceutical Reps., and Mica's teacher.

Pharmaceutical Reps:

They weren't big Pharma! They are in support of therapies and research, for all these diseases. They had ice packs, neck wraps, pens, and other things to hand out.

Other Speakers:

We got to hear a lot about how the students at King Science helped with the patients this school year. Both the patients and the students that participated in the program this year were happy to have each other.

One thing that the patients need to do is laugh every day. That can be hard when you're depressed.

They have to work on coordination. Another challenging thing. If your body is giving out, how do you control it? The students had to play ball with the patients. There's a lot of communication skills that have to happen to play catch with someone that may not be able to see, can't react as fast as someone that doesn't have a disease.

Inspired:

I was feeling inspired by all the speakers.

I was thinking...I hope Mica gets a lot out of this! I want him to be inspired, and feel more empathy than he currently does.

While I was thinking all this Mica leans towards me and whispers, "Mom I think I know what I want to do with my science fair project next year. I want to change graphite into a diamond. I've seen a video on how you can do that. That would be cool right?" Here I was thinking he was going to have something health care related to say, or how he's learning so much about MS, but nope. Maybe he'll be more empathetic and inspired next year.

Certificate:

They called up all the people that participated this school year, then the ones that will participate next school year.

It's odd that there are Spiehs' at most all of Mica's school events. I don't know them personally, but that's my maiden name. Not a lot of Spiehs' in the US. So a Spiehs was called up.

Mica got called up to. He does this thing where he dances in place, while he's up on stage. Maybe he's trying to be cool? It's too hard to get a photo of someone giggling all around. Ha!

Did you take any health care classes in school?

Dr Benjamin Rush #Prostate #Health Supplements Review

I've been pushing a few things on my husband: Drink more water, and take Dr Benjamin Rush Prostate Health Supplements. An enlarged prostate can be something that men go through as they get older.

Packaging:

The bottle shipped out really fast! The lid was closed up with a thin layer of plastic, and it had a paper top below the lid. Certainly sealed for protection!

Where to Get it:

You can get it on Amazon for $29.90. It's on Prime, so if you're a Prime member there's no shipping.

It comes with 90 pills in a bottle. I do wish that only 1 pill was needed per day. They have you take 3 pills daily. That seems like a lot.

What to do to Make #Allergy Season a Little More Bearable

As my long time readers know I suffer from allergies and asthma. I've had a major nose surgery a few years back (polyps and deviated septum fixed). I have to get allergy shots once a month now. It used to be that I got them once a week! Yikes!

I'm not perfect, but I'll tell you what helps me to feel the best I can feel during allergy season:

  1. Take showers at night. Many people take them in the morning. It helps to get that pollen out of your hair before you go to bed.

  2. Cut your hair. I cut mine just because I have to wash it daily during this time of year. I dated someone once that would get pollen in his beard. He had to cut that off. In Georgia the pollen is so bad, you can see yellow powder all over.

  3. Wash your pillowcase often. Thankfully I have a Grandma that had tons of pillowcases that had sweet embroidery things on them. I inherited the big stack! I switch all our pillowcases out.

  4. Take Zyrtec and nasal spray at night, and Singulair (if it's prescribed to you) in the morning. Singulair is not an antihistamine. It is however one of the only allergy meds that helps with asthma.

Why take Zyrtec at night? It decreases inflammation. Much of the time allergies are worse in the morning, and better at night. If you take meds at night, you'll wake up feeling better.

  5. Flush your system out with a sinus rinse. I know they aren't the most desirable at first. I'm here to tell you that this helps so much!

Things to watch out for with sinus rinses: Don't share them, clean them after each use, use warm water with them, pour or squeeze the water in slowly if you have a cold (it can be hard on the ears, and you may be so plugged very little comes out), use only filtered water.

  6. Get extra sleep. Easier said than done.

  7. Drink a lot of H2O. Flushes the system out more.

  8. Drink or eat all the things that are known to reduce inflammation. Check out my Wellness Drink here! I'm not all about natural remedies. If they can work, I'm all about them. This Wellness Drink works. I researched all the things that reduce inflammation, put them in a pot to cook it, put it all in the blender to blend it, and 1/2 goes in the fridge, while the other 1/2 goes in the freezer. My husband looked at me crosseyed when I first made it. Now he asks, "Did you drink your Wellness Drink?" After about 20 minutes I get fluid up and out of my lungs. Isaak had a head cold. He had a cough that would not quit at night. He tried the Wellness Drink, and the cough went away in 20 minutes. It works so well!

  9. Want to go all natural? Try Quercetin with Bromelain. The combination helps with relief from inflammation. There are many different brands on the market.

There's also Breathe Easy Essential Oils: Eucalyptus, Peppermint, Basil, Tea Tree, and Rosemary. You could mix them to clean with, or diffuse into the air. I think the all natural things help, but for me only minimally. Then again I have extreme allergies and asthma. I firmly believe that all bodies are different. What works for one person, may not work for someone else.

    Drinking Apple Cider Vinegar
3 times daily with "The Mother" is known to help allergies and asthma.

Menstrual Cup Set Review

This post is for females, so if you're a male move on. Ha!

I've heard of some friends saying that female supplies should be free, much like toilet paper is free when you go to a public restroom. If you feel that way, there are products out there that are fairly inexpensive, and can be used again and again. Because there are alternative products out there, I'm against women's time of the month products being publicly free.

Try a Menstrual Cup:

I know...I was weary at first. I think I had my first menstrual cup for 4 months before I was finally willing to try it out. Human's are so interesting when it comes to change. We want change for the better, but if it's new to us we're either excited about it, or stand offish.

My sister said, "Do you want to try a menstrual cup? I can get you one." I'm like, "I already have one. I just need to try it." I watched a few videos on YouTube where a girl from the UK talked about putting them in, and taking them out before I was comfortable to try mine. In the UK they are much more open, and willing to try new things.

What the Set Comes With:

It comes with 3 cups. You have the choice of small or large. I do wish the set had an option of one cup being small (for light days), one cup being medium (for mid cycle), and one cup being large (for heavy days). They are all different colors, so it would be easy to have them small, medium and large, and to know the difference. Instead I'll have one at home, one in my purse, and one at work.

It comes with a small fabric bag. The bag will stay in my purse.

Then there's an instruction manual. It shows how to use the cup.

Where to Get the Set:

You can get it on Amazon http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07L1KMK5Q, for $16.99 for a set of 3 small, or 3 large. The sets are on Prime. The cost is great considering you can reuse these over and over again.

Most women spends $120 a year on menstrual products a year. The cup lasts for up to 10 years.

Is it Gross?

The quick answer is no. Not anymore gross than tampons, pads or diapers. If you think differently than the quick no answer, than you haven't tried them. You are being judgmental like I was before I tried them.

There's no tampon string you pee on, and remove. Yuck! There's no bleach you are inserting into your body. Double yuck!

There's nothing clogging up the toilet. I remember when I was a teen, my parents had a plumber out to fix the toilet my sister and I used. Tampons messed it up! I was mortified!

There's a student worker that dumps the trash. She said, "It's so gross that people do not wrap their pads with tissue before dumping them. I agree. No one wants to see that! At the same time it is what it is. I don't like waisting toilet paper when it's only serving the purpose of covering something up. With the cup I use pads way less!

The clean up isn't gross. You take it out, and dump it in the toilet. At home I wash it in the sink before putting it back in. At work I wipe it with toilet paper before putting it back in.

Another great thing, the duration of when you need to change a cup vs. when you need to change a tampon is way higher.

There are no worries about Toxic Shock Syndrome; that tampons can cause. You can leave a cup in for up to 24 hours! I change mine more often during heavier times.

How to Use a Cup:

Step 1 - Boil them in water. You can do this between cycles.

Step 2 - Wash your hands.

Step 3 - It's a medical grade silicone, so they bend easily. Twist it up in your hand like so...

Step 4 - Insert it. Put it up until silicone end is left to grab. It will pop out on the inside.

Top

 Bottom

Step 5 - I have mine in all morning long on heavy days, and most of the day on light days. When it's to be removed. I was scared to take it out the first few times. You just pull the "nub" is what I call it. It comes out just enough to push on the body of it to make the suction go away. It comes out easily after that.

I dump it, and wash it if possible.

Simple! Less money! Less waist! Less toxic issues!

Extra Strength #Turmeric Curcumin with Ginger & BioPerine Review

Asthma Sufferers:

We started having cold, snowy, icy weather on Friday. As soon as the temperature dropped, my asthma picked up. I was hoping my nose surgery would have helped my symptoms. No such luck. I can just breathe out my nose now. That's a win.

I drink a ton of water, and typically a wellness drink full of ginger, turmeric, and other anti inflammatory things. It helps! As soon as I drink the wellness blend I get chest congestion up. I do get sick of always have ginger breath.

I'm glad to now have pills I can take.

Muscle and Joint Pain:

Travis is glad we have these as well. He has back problems. He works on large sculptures at home. He's lifting things that are too heavy for him to lift. What choice does he have, if he has to get the work done. Turmeric & Ginger help with muscle and joint pain as well.

Pills:

The pills are a standard sized. When I take them, it isn't like I'm taking a horse pill. Yay!

I liked that they filled the pills all the way to the top of the bottle! It annoys me so much when a plastic bottle is only filled 1/2 full.

It came with a cover on the bottle, and the lid had a strip of plastic on it.

There are 90 capsules per bottle.

This product is made in the USA!

Where to Get it:

You can get Nature's Branch Turmeric & Ginger with BioPerine Black Pepper on Amazon for $10 here: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07L1BY4PW

Dr. Benjamin Rush Natural Whole Food Multivitamin Review

Dr. Benjamin Rush Natural Whole Food Multivitamin is great for men and women!

Right now I'm outnumbered with boys, so they'll be taking most of these. I like that I don't have to switch bottles from Women's Vitamins to Men's Vitamins. We take a daily vitamin, and I review them any chance I get to save money.

Our kids are ok with gummy pills, or pills they swallow.

When to Switch Kids From Kid's Vitamins to Adult Vitamins:

I never really knew the answer to this. None of the bottles really say when to switch from kids to adults. Our boy's doctor said, "Around the age they start going through puberty." When you think about it, that's the time they grow a lot, need more, and are as tall as some adults. We switched our boys when they were 10.

Allergies to Colds:

It's hard to stay healthy this time of year. Allergy season is in full swing. Often times when the weather starts switching there's more colds floating around. I want my family to stay healthy! Two weeks ago Isaak got his first cold, then I had it last week. I still feel like my ears are plugged, I'm wheezy in the morning and at night. It was a few days in on the cold before I declared myself sick, and not just suffering from allergies.

I love that these vitamins have probiotics and digestive enzymes in them. I wish I would have gotten the vitamins a month ago. Maybe they would of helped prevent us from getting sick.

Perks About Dr. Benjamin Rush Natural Whole Food Multivitamin:

They are made in the USA! That's not something we can say about every product sold here.

They are sugar-free! I don't know if I can say the same thing about the gummy vitamins.

They are made for Vegetarians and are also gluten free.

Pills:

There's 90 in a bottle. I do think like many bottles they could have packaged them in a smaller one. There was a lot of empty space in there. Another option could be to fill it up more, and move the price up.

You are supposed to take 3 a day. I just won't do that. We eat a pretty balanced diet, so 1 a day is all we'll take. I really start to feel like an old person when I take multiple pills a day.

Where to Get Them:

You can get them on Amazon for $24.95. They are not on Prime, but shipped fast to me! You can purchase them, for a save and subscribe to get them for $23.70. I have to be honest I've never done a subscription with anything on Amazon, so I don't know how it works exactly.

Pick them up here: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0742J2PCR

Ginger Essential Oil Review

I’m steaming some ginger, and it smells so good!

Why Ginger?

  1. Treats an upset stomach
  2. Improves liver function
  3. Heals infections
  4. Helps with Asthma, Croup, and other respiratory illnesses
  5. Is good for the heart
  6. Reduces inflammation
  7. Natural aphrodisiac
  8. Lots of antioxidants
  9. Reduces menstrual pain
  10. Great for anxiety
I have high cholesterol on both sides of my family, so I need all the help I can get with my heart. Mica has us walking and running during the weekends after he started Cross Country. I so wish my Asthma loved it. It acts up every time. I don't want to use my inhaler. Yes it's important to breathe, but if I work out I want to lose weight, not add Steroids to my body. Kind of defeats the purpose of working out.

I have Asthma, so ginger is a win with that too. I do try and eat ginger to reduce inflammation as well. It's the best!

I do need to see how it does on infections. I burned my arm on the griddle. Now that it's healing, I should mix up coconut oil with ginger essential oil to rub on the burn.

I feel at peace whenever I steam essential oils, no matter what the scent is. Ginger Essential Oil is great to add into massage oils because of it's relaxing qualities.

Buy Gya Labs Ginger Essential Oil:

You can get it on Amazon - http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B075R31LWW for $17.99 on sale for $9.49.

Vibranelle Advanced Probiotic Review

I've gotten in the habit of taking a probiotic daily when any one of my family members are feeling off. I just feel like it puts us in the risk category of getting sick less, and shortening any sickness we may get.

You can get Vibranelle Advanced Probiotic Pills here:

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B073WPJQHZ

Cost:

$16.99, which isn't bad. It's actually marked down to $15 right now.

Protected:

It came with a plastic seal on the lid, and a thin styrofoam cover under the lid. There was cotton on the inside. They didn't filled the pills to the top, so they could use a smaller container, or fill it up more and raise the price.

About:

They are for men or women. I like that because I hate have more bottles around. I already buy different vitamins for Travis and I. I don't need two sets of probiotics around.

They are made in the US. Not very many companies can afford to make their products in the US. It's great when this can be done.

They are FDA approved. I've learned that a lot of companies that make pills try to jump through the hoops with being FDA approved. With somethings that matters to me. I certainly care about what goes inside my body for sure! With topical things I just read the ingredients. Topical products don't have to go through the regulations that food, drink and pills do. It's kind of silly because topical things get absorbed through the skin.

5.75 Billion CFU, 7 powerful strains. I have to be honest when I say I don't really get what a good strain is and a not so good strain is.

They have a Patented Controlled-Release Delivery System, which means probiotic bacteria survive stomach acid and are delivered directly to the entire digestive tract and colon. They boost the immune system including digestion, energy, weight loss and mood. They combine seven different clinically researched bacterial strains, cultured under carefully controlled conditions to ensure identity and effectiveness.

Serving Size:

The serving size is just one a day. I'm really glad about this. I really don't take too many pills, unless my allergies act up. I do take a daily vitamin, Milk Thistle, a Probiotic and Apple Cider Vinegar. They are all vitamins, but feel like I'm a walking addict. For my allergies I take Aspirin to help the nasal polyps from coming back, Singular when needed, do a nasal wash, and puff an every day inhaler when needed.

Do you have a favorite brand of probiotics?

Disclaimer: I got this product for a discount in exchange for an honest review. The company in no way told me what to write. I only review products I feel benefit my family, or readers.

Vibranelle Apple Cider Vinegar Review

Vibranelle Apple Cider Vinegar Pills are great for anyone that has a higher cholesterol, has a family history of high cholesterol, acid reflex problems, or asthma issues.

Unfortunately I fall in most of the categories above. I always say my immune system sucks! My Mom and Dad have higher cholesterol. They eat super healthy, and my Dad is very active. I've done a lot of things to get rid of some allergies, but my gene pool wins with that too.

You can get Vibranelle Apple Cider Vinegar Pills here:

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B073WNYFK2

Cost:

$11.00, which isn't bad.

Protected:

It came with a plastic seal on the lid, and a thin styrofoam cover under the lid. There was no cotton on the inside. They pretty much filled the pills to the top. I like that they use the container wisely.

About:

They are made in the US. Not very many companies can afford to make their products in the US. It's great when this can be done.

They are FDA approved. I've learned that a lot of companies that make pills try to jump through the hoops with being FDA approved. With somethings that matters to me. I certainly care about what goes inside my body for sure! With topical things I just read the ingredients. Topical products don't have to go through the regulations that food, drink and pills do. It's kind of silly because topical things get absorbed through the skin.

It's potent and is pure. It does have other things in it besides Apple Cider Vinegar: Spirulina, Lecithin, Kelp, Apple Pectin, B6 and more.

Apple Cider Vinegar helps support digestion, circulation, skin and immune health. Improving blood sugar regulation.

I know some people scoff when I say that I'm drinking water with Apple Cider Vinegar. It does look a little off color, and "The Mother" floats around like a cloudy brown substance. With pills you don't have what some people dislike: The bad taste. I really don't mind the taste so much myself. Pills don't raise eyebrows at me. They are better on your teeth too. Apple Cider Vinegar breaks down the enamel of your teeth. It's not so bad if you drink it down, and brush your teeth afterwards. Not everyone brushes their teeth in the middle of the day when Apple Cider Vinegar may be needed.

I read on livestrong that it's good to up Apple Cider Vinegar when an Asthma Attack is coming on. The lungs tighten up, and act a bit like the body does when it has acid reflex issues. I've been trying to boost my defenses.

Do you take anything to boost your defenses?

How To Keep You & Your Family Healthy & Happy

One of your major concerns as a mother is how to keep everyone healthy and happy. It’s not an easy task when life gets busy, and everyone’s going their separate ways. That’s why it’s a good idea to have practices in place that help you achieve your family wellness goals.

Create a household that’s focused on the well-being of each family member and get everyone committed to living a healthy lifestyle. Talk about it and explain why this is a priority for you. As the parent, it’s your job to help educate your kids and get them to understand why it matters that they care about their health.

Take the Initiative to Research Health Topics

One place to start is to learn about different health ailments and proactive solutions for improving your wellness like taking vitamins. Use a site such as echiropractor.org to understand better what actions you can take today for a better tomorrow. Study and absorb this important information, so you know what to do in various situations and what’s going to allow you and your kids to feel better fast.

Embrace Physical Activity

Be that family who loves to exercise and move. Limit the kid’s video game playing and television watching time, so they’re not always sitting in front of a screen. Go for walks as a group and get the children involved in physical activities and sports teams. Set a good example by working out daily and showing your passion for staying fit. Exercise has many benefits, and your family will be that much healthier and in a better mood when working out is a priority.

Cook at Home & Eat as A Family

Get in the habit of cooking meals at home instead of eating out. While restaurant food is convenient, it’s typically distributed in larger portions than you need and is packed full of fats and unwanted calories. See if your kids want to learn how to cook and have them help you in the kitchen. Then when it’s all done, eat dinner as a family and talk about your days. This is the precious time that you won’t get back with your loved ones, so make the most of it and ask everyone to be at dinner each night.

Practice Open Communication

Being closed off and secretive will cause conflict in your home. Encourage open communication and let your kids know they can come to you with anything that’s on their minds. Everyone will be happier when there isn’t information to hide or talking behind backs. Bottling up emotions will set the stage for a big blowout later on. Avoid this scene by encouraging everyone to speak what’s on their minds and share their feelings.

Conclusion

Guide and teach your family how they can improve their wellbeing, and you’ll have a much happier home life. Set the tone by taking action and educating your family members on what healthy behaviors look like. You’ll thank yourself down the road when they grow up to be stand up adults.

Natrogix Probiotic Supplements with Advanced Prebiotic Review

I've blogged many times about the perks of taking probiotics. I've read that it's important to change brands often to get different strains in your body. Recently I tried out Natrogix Probiotic Supplements with Advanced Prebiotichttps://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01N0ZP0QE?th=1 to review.

What Are Probiotics?

Probiotics are live bacteria and yeasts that are good for your health. They really aid in boosting your digestive system. We usually think of bacteria as something that is negative, or bad. Bacteria is even known to cause diseases. Just like there is good and bad cholesterol there's also good and bad bacteria. Your body is full of bacteria, both good and bad. Probiotics are often called "good" or "helpful" bacteria because they help keep your gut healthy. Probiotics are naturally found in your body.

You can also find them in some foods and supplements such as Greek Yogurt. I suggest getting plain Greek Yogurt, and adding your own fruit, or using it as a sour cream by adding lemon juice. The flavored Greek Yogurts are loaded with unhealthy sugar. If you feel you need an extra sweetness just add local honey.

When Do You Need Probiotics?

Probiotics can really be taken anytime. I stress the need to take them when the immune system is compromised, or you're on your road to recovery.

This may include: Skin irritation, nail infections, sickness, auto immune diseases, surgery and more.

I just had a pretty big surgery. I consider it big because it was right up by my brain and eyes. I feel like the recovery is more than either c-section I had. Maybe not emotionally, but certainly with energy level and pain. I was prescribed antibiotics. With that I took these probiotics. Usually when I have antibiotics I have trouble bathroom wise. This time with these probiotics in my system I didn't have trouble at all!

Pills, Pills and More Pills:

I feel a bit like a pill monster lately. I take a vitamin, 2 natural cholesterol reducing meds called Ahi Flower, an allergy pill, a puff of Steroids, and a Seroid pill in my sinus rinse. Then I have 3 allergy shots a week. I start feeling like a walking pill body.

Much of the time instead of taking probiotics, I open them up and add them to a smoothie. Then I'm not taking 1 more pill. These help with wellness, my digestive track, and brain function. My thinking is all there, but because my energy level isn't all the way back I find myself not being as quick on my feet as I was before in the thinking department. I need all the help I can get with thinking things through right now.

What I Thought of Natrogix Probiotics:
  • I certainly think they are well worth taking!
  • Cost: $34.99 on sale for $19.99 + on Amazon Prime. You can catch a deal!
  • They are made in the USA! That's always a perk in my mind.
  • They have great health benefits! I went over those already. This one has 15 strains.
  • I don't get why it even comes with a box. The pill container wasn't even in the box when it shipped to me. What was the point of manufacturing that?
  • Like many things these days I dislike how the pills don't fill up the container! I'd rather pay more for more pills, or just had a smaller container. Am I alone on this? It seriously is my biggest pet peeve with packaging.
  • I like the pill style. Because I add probiotics to smoothies often it's important to be able to open them up. Some probiotics don't open up.

What about you? What do you take daily in pill form? Do you take probiotics?

Disclaimer: I received Natrogix Probiotics in return for writing this post. The store certainly inspired me to write this post. I only review things that I think my family or readers will enjoy, or find useful.
