Santa Can't Disappoint For Two Years

I'm not a big shopper. I'm more of a browser online.

The weekend deals came. I refuse to go out on Thanksgiving. Friday was a day of putting up the tree, wrapping packages and working on the holiday card.

In the evening I stopped at the store to pick up an ingredient we were lacking for dinner, so I did stop into Walgreens. They had some deals, I knew it wouldn't be really busy, and I was right by the place.

On Saturday Mica had two birthday parties to go to. They were both across town from one another. The first one only invited Mica. The second one only had Mica and one other kid. It was a busy weekend for everyone. While we were waiting for Mica to get done with the first party we went to the mall. We were mainly killing time. We took Isaak to Crazy 8 to try on jeans. He had plenty of pants handed down from Mica, but they all have holes in the knees. I picked up two pair for him, and one grey pair for Mica. All were $10, but I had a 25% off card to.

Daddy looked annoyed that we were there. Many times I get the boys clothes he says, "I should come with you sometime." He's such a liar good sport of a husband.

Isaak saw that Santa was down the way. Isaak said, "I want to see Santa!" Daddy rolled his eyes. Remember we're killing time I said, "Ok Isaak we have time for you to see Santa honey." I have no pictures this time. They don't let you take photos, and I wasn't planning on him seeing Santa that day.

Isaak said right away, "Santa I want a Doggie Puzzle. You never gave me one last year." Then he showed him his missing tooth, explained he had other loose teeth, and talked about getting the award at school.

Santa couldn't find a doggie puzzle last year. He She didn't look too hard for a doggie puzzle last year because Isaak has puzzles that he never does. I mentioned this to Isaak and he said, "I don't do them because they aren't doggie puzzles Mom."

Santa got online to pick out a Doggie puzzle. He She didn't want to spend a lot because again Isaak has a stack of puzzles he doesn't put together. Walmart had a cheaper one, but it was dogs mixed with other animals. Land of Nod I love, but it's usually pricey. This item was reasonable. They had free shipping, and a 25% off code. It's about the right level to. Isaak's not as gifted with putting puzzles together as Mica is. Mica can do those 3D puzzles like it's no big deal.

Santa can't disappoint for 2 years in a row. Isaak had a booklet he got from Santa. Mica was helping him fill it out. It had a spot for the kid to write a letter. In the letter you had to say if you were naughty, or nice. Mica said, "Well you can put that you are sort of trying to be nice." Smarty pants!

As for Daddy - He bitches complains every year because he doesn't know what anyone is getting. I want to say, "Well you do the shopping then!"

Santa definitely can't disappoint again this year - especially since he remembers that he didn't get one a whole year ago!!

Wish I could get away with a doggie puzzle. My son wanted a Sony Playstation 4 and my daughter wanted a horse blanket and a riding pad for her horse. That about tapped old Santa out this year.

Yes I'd much rather have to pay for a puzzle and a few Lego things than all that stuff Harry!

I like the dog puzzle. :) My husband shops way too fast to take along, so if he's coming I don't plan on any real shopping. ;)

Just maybe Isaak will surprise you and do the doggie puzzle since he wants it so bad.

He must have really wanted that puzzle to bring it up again this year! My husband doesn't want to know what anyone got. He just wants to know how much I spent and could give a rats ass about the rest of it lol.
