WW: Mahoney State Park {Linky}

I love going to Eugene T. Mahoney State Park AKA Mahoney State Park. I wish we had time to go there more. This year our once a year family reunion on my Mom's side was held there. We went hiking before the reunion.

@Mandy what you're seeing is bluffs. I wish they were mountains. Nebraska only has mountains on the boarder near Mount Rushmore in South Dakota. Otherwise it's bluffs and grassland.

Beautiful pictures, what a great hike! My husband says that lichens are good to eat and healthy? I would have to research.

Visiting state parks is a favorite hobby of ours. We'd love to visit Mahoney state park, especially since it shares our name :)

Agness of eTramping I think it's a great place to hike. There's a different trails all over.
