AutoRight SteamMachine #Giveaway

Disclaimer: This is a sponsored post. I received a AutoRight SteamMachine in exchange for this review. All opinions are mine.

I've loved every single product I've gotten from HomeRight.

Their new AutoRight SteamMachine is certainly a product that did not disappoint my family. In fact both of my boys were fighting over who got to use it. They both got turns to use it under careful supervision. We had talks about not getting too close to the heat.

You can get the same steamer I got to review on Amazon.

It's been awhile since I've cleaned out my car both on the inside and on the outside, so I put my boys and I to work. We used the AutoRight SteamMachine to clean the mats off. They were dirty for sure!

Before and After

We only cleaned 1/2 the mat. The front of the mat was cleaned, where the back wasn't yet. Can you tell the difference?

The 290° F steam is powerful enough to disinfect surfaces from germs and bacteria. It's also gentle as to not to damage fabric and leather.

How to Use:

  1. AutoRight SteamMachine is easy to use. There is a plug, which I happen to like more than battery operated machinery.

  2. Fill it with water. They have a cup and funnel included.

  3. Push the button on. I did have trouble seeing in the sunlight. At first I thought it wasn't working. I cupped my hand over the power light, and saw that it was in fact on. When we finished up, I still had water in it. I took it inside to clean parts of my shower. The water has to be used up, or it needs to be dumped out. I had no problem seeing the power light inside, where the sun wasn't so bright. It only takes a total of 8 minutes to charge up! That's not long at all.

  4. Before using it, add an attachment. There are a lot of attachments stored in the front of the machine. The cup, funnel and squeegee are all too big to fit inside the steamer. The squeegee is used to clean shower doors, and windows. There are wire bristle cleaners for grills, and stoves. We used the soft nylon bristle cleaners for the car mats.

Tool List: 8-foot long reach hose, 8-foot power cord, 1 jet nozzle, 1 large rigid black nylon brush, 1 small rigid black nylon brush, 1 large brass brush, 1 small brass brush, 1 small soft grey nylon brush, 1 large soft grey nylon brush, 1 microfiber towel, 1 squeegee with terrycloth bonnet, 1 accessory adaptor, 1 crevice tool, 1 funnel and a measuring cup to fill the 40 ounce steam canister. AutoRight products are backed by an industry-leading 2-year warranty.

All the Things I Love About the AutoRight SteamMachine:

  • You can use it for just a few minutes by putting less water in it, or up to 30 minutes with a full cup of water.
  • I love the how many different things the steamer can clean! It just has so many tools. It's really versatile.
  • The wait time of 8 minutes isn't bad at all.
  • I think it's easy to carry around. It's not heavy, and it's sweet that it has a handle.
  • This is kind of an odd like, but I love that it's red! Red's my favorite color.

HomeRight SteamMachine Plus Steam Machine Review

We have all wood floors, minus the kitchen and bathroom, which are a laminate.

I love them because they look nice, clean up easily, do not absorb/trap in spills, and are great for allergy suffers like me.

I hate them because I'll sweep, and 15 minutes later if I sweep again I'll get more stuff up, they always seem dirty and they are not soft to walk on like carpet is.

I've used a few steamers in the past. Recently I got to try out a HomeRight SteamMachine Plus with a Handheld Unit to review. A $124.99 value.

The 205 degree temperature steam at nozzle kills 99.9 percent of germs and bacteria including e-coli, salmonella, and staph. I love that it kills so many germs!

It cleans best on laminate, hardwood, tile, stone, vinyl and linoleum.

Included in Box:
  • Detachable Steamer
  • Steamer Frame
  • Mop Head
  • Carpet Glider
  • (2) Microfiber Mop Pads
  • Squeegee/Fabric Steamer
  • Cotton Bonnet for Squeegee/Fabric Steamer
  • Small Nylon Brush
  • Large Nylon Brush
  • Angled Jet Nozzle
  • Grout Brush
  • Scraper
  • Straight Adaptor
  • Measuring Cup
  • Manual *Can also be seen online
Specifications:
  • 205 degree F steam
  • 20 Minute Run Time
  • Heats Up in 30 Seconds
  • 12 Ounce Water Tank
  • 1500 Watts
  • 120 Volts
  • 16 Foot Cord
  • UL Safety Listed
There are 5 main things that I really like about the HomeRight SteamMachine Plus over other steamers that I've used in the past.
  1.  It has more of a standard 2 prong plug. We had an electrician come out that changed many of our outlets to a 2. Other steamers I've had in the past were 3. It made it such a pain because the cord wasn't long enough to go from room to room. this one I could plug it in just about anywhere.

  2. I like the plus feature in the unit. Look at the blue part of the unit. It comes out to use for smaller areas. It works great in areas where the floor separates. There's a brush, so if something is really stuck on the floor, you can use that to help break it up.

  3. I love all the attachments! There's just so many to choose from. They included 6 attachments that are ideal for cleaning and disinfecting stove tops, ovens, grills, counter tops and bathrooms.

  4. It can clean carpet. While we only have a few rugs, I think this is a nice feature to have in a steamer. There's an additional triangle base that gets added to clean carpets.

  5. I liked how the cleaning pad rinsed out. I've had others the held on to the melted on/packed on dirt.
Here's 4 things I didn't prefer:
  1. I wish there was a compartment for all the attachments. On the upside the handle does fold down for easy storage.

  2. I don't prefer that everything is plastic.

  3. Maybe I was using the machine wrong, but I had to push down on the button the whole time for the steam to happen. My thumb got tired.

  4. The knob to add water was difficult to open.
All the Attachments:
I know I'll be using these for food spills, and sometimes Isaak puts stickers on our floor. They'd work great to help get that kind of stuff up and off the floor!

I know the scraper one would work great for getting dried wall paint off the wood floor. We're in need of some touch up paint. The small one will be great to get in corners, cracks and other small places.

The water goes where the black knob is. It uses tap water, or distilled water. I know it says I can use tap water, but I feel like the machine will last longer with distilled water.
The unit heated up, and was ready to steam fairly quickly.

Here's my colorful kitchen floor after a big party. I think it cleaned it pretty good. The padded mat usually goes under the sink, but was pushed around, so I could clean there.

What I love about any steamer is that the water dries so fast! It's helpful when you have kids. They don't have the patients to wait to walk on a floor. It's also great that you don't have to use any chemicals to clean.

Before and After

I cleaned all of upstairs after a family get together. I liked the results!

After

Here's what the plus part of the steamer looks like. It's pretty handy. All the attachments fit up to it. How cool is that?

I know I'll be using this steamer like crazy!

HomeRight Steam Machine Review and Giveaway!

I am really excited to tell you about the new product I got to review! It's a HomeRight Steam Machine.

The SteamMachine was well packaged. It came double boxed. I seriously felt like it was Birthday or Christmas time for me. Inside the brown box was a white box.

I've been looking for easy ways to clean things. I suffer from allergies and asthma, so keeping things clean is a must! The Steam Cleaner kills 99% of all bacteria and germs! There is no added chemicals needed to clean with this machine.

It can clean many surfaces such as hard wood, tile, vinyl and linoleum surfaces. The steam lifts up the dirt and germs, and the pad wipes the surface clean. It can be used to remove wallpaper.

I knew it came with extra parts. Never did I expected so many parts though! They really have a tool to clean just about anything. Most of the tools fit within the steamer.

All these smaller tools can be stored in the HomeRight Steam Machine.
The measuring cup and funnel allows you to pour water in the steamer with no mess at all. Within 8 minutes after filling the steamer up, it's ready to go. The cloth is super soft and washes well.
It is  a Multi-purpose steamer loaded with attachments. Here's just some of the things it can clean:
  • stoves and stovetops
  • grills
  • floors
  • tiles
  • bathrooms
  • window ledges and windows
  • wallpaper steamer used to remove wallpaper
The first thing I wanted to clean was the door inside the oven.

Once upon a time Daddy decided to burn out waxes in our oven for a sculpture. I wasn't home. He had a good fire going on in our oven! Well we scrubbed at the oven door and it would not come clean! The Magic Eraser wasn't so magical. We didn't really want to buy a new oven at the time. The door has sadly been like this:

After 15 minutes of using the HomeRight Steam Machine our oven door looked like this:

I used it all over the bathroom to:

Before
