Bring My Routine Back

Mica has taken up a new hobby. That is weight lifting. I'd like to get back into it. Back into some form of exercise. 

I am just having a bit of a struggle getting used to my new non existent routine. Wake up at 4:30 to be to work by 5:30, for a few days. Then work from 1:30 to 9 or 9:30 other days. I was spoiled with an 8 to 5 job before. It's rough. When I do have down time I'm looking, for other opportunities, chilling to watch TV, or falling into a slumber on the couch.

We have a huge yard for living in the city. When my husband mows, and does other activities his joints and muscles get sore.

I was wondering how it would taste? Would it be chalky tasting? It really didn't have much flavor at all. It was like drinking a normal glass of water.

It was easy to stir. I did find that 1/2 way through my glass I had to stir it again because some of the powder sank to the bottom. That's pretty typical with any powder that I've added in any drink.
