Vibranelle Milk Thistle Review

Milk Thistle is a plant that is native to Europe and was brought to North America by early colonists.

What does Milk Thistle do for the body?

1. Support natural detox with kidneys and the liver

2. Promote cell growth and regeneration

3. Encourage healthier skin

4. Hormone help

5. Blood sugar balance

6. Promote gallbladder health and prevent gallstones

7. Aid digestion

8. Help calm seasonal allergies

9. Support your kidneys

10. Ease heartburn

Why would I want to take Milk Thistle?

Well I'm on a lot of Aspirin. My cute allergy doctor is trying to build up some meds I'm allergic to, which put me in a high risk category for getting nasal polyps back again. One things that Aspirin does that is harmful is weaken the kidneys. By taking Milk Thistle I'm helping my allergies and detoxing my body naturally.

I've only taken it a day, so I have no idea if it's really helping me or not. That's the difficult thing with vitamins. By reading about it, it should be helping.

Where to get Vibranelle Milk Thistle:

You can get it on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0744KJ1VK for $10! That's the sale price, so pick some up!

This Milk Thistle is made in USA, from a FDA registered facility. Assesed to meet GMP standards, which ensures that a product has the strength, composition, quality and purity that appear on the label.

There are 60 tablets in a bottle. The bottle was mostly cotton, so packaging wise, I do with Vibranelle would use smaller bottles for Milk Thistle. They could use the same sized bottle, pack it full of more pills, and up the price. I'd be ok with that as well.

The pills are easy to take. They are about the size of the tip of my pinky finger. I know some people struggle with taking big horse pills. These are small. You only need to take 1 per day. I can't stand when some pills have listed to take 3 a day. Who wants to take 3 pills a day? I like when companies figure out a way to pack all needed things into one pill.

The pills have 450mg Milk Thistle, Standardized Silymarin. Made from Non GMO Seed Extract and powder.

Clean and Detox:

This Milk Thistle helps support healthy Liver, Kidney and Digestive Function. I used to have more digestive problems before I started to eat steamed greens almost every day. When I do have issues it's good to know I'm boosting my immune response; neutralize toxins, along with helping fight cell damaging free radicals in the body. It seems like when I'm feeling off it's hard to get back on the track to feeling good again. I hope this helps.

Do you take any extra vitamins?

Ridset Review Update

If you have been keeping up with my posts you'd remember I was taking Ridset. It's an all natural body cleanse.

I've never done a cleanse before. I didn't know what to expect. Nothing too drastic happened to make me feel sick. I was a little nervous about feeling ill.

Changes in Me:

  • I have lost 20 pounds. I keep bouncing around 20 to 25 pounds less than I was. I still need to loose more weight. I think that's a great start. It takes awhile to pack it on, it should take awhile to loose it.

  • My allergies are still here, but are much better than last year! Last year I was having issues with allergies and asthma. The combination of those two things are horrible! This year I've had no breathing issues. Just sneezing episodes. Things may have gotten better from the detox. I'm keeping up with the Neti Pot.

  • The people that work at Ridset are amazing! They sent me a whole list of foods to stay away from that actually can stimulate allergies. I've been trying to stay clear of them. I'm not perfect, but I'm trying. The two foods that I was unaware of were bananas and spinach. The foods are:

    Dariry
    Dairy (Cheese, Milk, Yogurt ect.)
    Spinach
    Pineapple
    Processed Meats (Cold Cuts)
    Wheat
    Oats
    Eggplant
    Bananas
    Strawberries
    Black Beans
    Tomato Sauces
    Corn
    Taco Chips
    Granola Bars

  • I have had breakouts of pimples. When I started taking Ridset I had a few pimples on my chest. I also had a mysterious spot on my face. Towards the finish of taking it a few more pimples occurred. To me that's better than getting sick. My body had to show some way of getting rid of toxins.

With Ridset you can eat whatever you want. My diet mainly consisted of:
  • Kale, collard greens, and turnip greens, and mustard greens.
  • Slightly seasoned meat.
  • 1 serving of fruit a day.
  • Tons of water!

A few things about Ridset:
  • It's taken twice a day. An hour before breakfast, and an hour before dinner. You have to wait an hour just to make sure your body is ready to absorb the it's ingredients.
  • It's best to keep Ridset in a cold place like the refrigerator.
  • Main All Natural Ingredients: Black Walnut Hulls Powder, Garlic Bulb Powder, Pau D' Arco Bark Powder, Barberry Powder, Wormwood Herb Powder, Milk Thistle Powder, Burdock Root Powder, Marshmallow Root Powder, Ginger Root Powder and Cramp Bark Powder.
  • Ridset will help you feel renewed, detoxed, and revitalized.
  • It's $39.95 for a 30 day cleanse, $74.95 for a twin pack, and $144.95 for a four/family pack.

Ridset Review

I have a wonderful chance to be currently reviewing a product called Ridset. It's an all natural body cleanse.

I've never done a cleanse before. Part of me was nervous about doing any cleanse. I'm not sure why. I guess when you do something that you've never done before you just don't know how your body is going to react.

I'm a teacher, and I didn't want to be sick in my classes. I decided to start taking Ridset when my students had Easter break. That way if I got sick it wouldn't be as big of a deal. It's a 30 day cleanse, so I'll have a follow up review when I'm all finished taking it.

You may be wondering why anyone would need a body cleanse?

Everyone is different. For me these are the reasons:
  1. I'm trying to loose weight. Any cleanse should help with that. I have lost 13 pounds from March 14th. It's from the combination of exercising, watching what I eat, and taking Ridset.

  2. I'm trying to be proactive with my allergies. I'm the Queen of Allergies. I'm allergic to dust, pollen, mold, ragweed, roaches (not sure why they test for those with a back prick testing), anything furry, anything feathery and more. I'd love to say they have gotten better as I've aged, but they haven't. They actually got worse.

I've read that anyone who has seasonal allergies should stay away from milk products, sugar products, and gluten products. Milk and sugar actually build mucus. Gluten pretty much makes a paste in your stomach. Ridset will help detox the crappy things out of my system to make my allergies better.

  3. I just want to be healthier overall. I think of a body like a car, sometimes it needs a major overhaul.
I've been taking Ridset for 1 week, and it's a month long cleanse. There will be a part 2 to this review. When I finish Ridset, I'll let you know how things went.

With Ridset you can eat whatever you want, but I was on a no dairy, no sugar, and no gluten diet before taking it. My diet hasn't changed, while I've been on it.  You do need to drink 64 ounces of water a day, while using it. I'm used to drinking a lot, so to me it doesn't seem like a lot.

How things are going so far?
  1. Day 1: I didn't notice anything different.

  2. Day 2: I was a Sneezy Queen! It was really dry, windy and things were starting to bud here. Also Ridset has Milk Thistle Powder in it. That's something that I'm allergic to. It's actually good that I'm taking it because studies have shown that serums, oils and pills that you are allergic to help with allergies in the scheme of things. I imagine when you first take it, it is bound to cause a reaction.

  3. Day 3: I had a spot on my face that was never there before. It wasn't a pimple, just a spot.

  4. Day 4: I was just wore out on Easter. I also didn't sleep much the night before. The Easter Bunny stayed up late, so Mica wouldn't catch him/her. I just kept waking up after that.

  5. Day 5: I had a few pimples on my chest, and tummy.

  6. Day 6: I was just itchy. My arms, my back and my face were itchy. It was nothing horrible, but itchy here and there.

  7. Day 7: That's what day I'm on now. The pimples are gone, and my skin isn't itchy anymore. I'm feeling pretty good today. I have a little headache. The weather has been switching so much. I don't know if the headache is from the detox, or the rainy weather. It's much better than the dry windy weather. I did wake up with stool issues.
