It's not really that bad. We came inside and heard a weird sound. Daddy went to investigate. It was our hot water heater. He turned off our water. There's some water downstairs, but it's not as bad as it could have been!
It just sucks that this kind of stuff happens at a bad time, 9 pm! No plumber will come at night.
It also sucks that last month we had a plumber come out to fix our kitchen sink. Ya we've never had it snaked out, and it needed it! Then we got a roof our on house. That was out of pocket because it was considered expired before we bought the house. Insurance wouldn't cover it. Now this!

The joys of being a homeowner! But I suppose the good news is that once you fix the present problem, it's behind you and less likely to happen again. :) Cute family blog name!
Many Blessings,

Oh no! Flooding is no fun. I used to deal with it all the time when I lived in a basement apartment. I'm glad it wasn't a total disaster though!

Hi, Oh goodness, I am right there with ya. We had our water heater replaced last month and with insurance we ended up paying $400. basement was all ruined. To own a house is great but, then, welcome to the spending world.

I am sorry to hear you are having issues with the house. It gets tough trying to keep it all going. Home owning at times is not all it is cracked up to be.
I wanted to stop by and thank you for participating in the Get Wired Blog Hop this week. I am following you.
Have a great day!
