Isaak has an appointment later this month to see an Orthodontist.
I always thought Mica would be the concerning child. He's the the one that was born with a cyst under his tongue on one side. His tongue was so crazy when he was a baby. It's evened out a bit as he's aged, but is still asymmetrical.
Travis has known for awhile that Isaak's the one with teeth issues. Travis works as a dental tech, so he understands the mouth structure much better than I. Travis usually is the one that takes the boys to the dentist, and I take them to the doctor.
The good news is that both of our boys take pretty good care of their teeth. No they aren't perfect, but the dentist always comments about how good their teeth look in comparison to other kids that come in. Isaak's mouth is crowded. He lost a tooth that he's not supposed to loose until he's 12. I can't get his Orthodontist appointment out of my mind. For a few nights I couldn't go to sleep because I kept thinking about my baby coming back with no teeth at all. I know that won't happen, but it's on my mind.
Do you ever think crazy thoughts about things?
Isaak's very first trip to the dentist when he was 2.

I feel like we lived at the Orthodontist when Mariah had braces. Allison is going to need them in about a year and I am dreading it. I hate all that time spent there. I'm sure Isaak will be fine, but yes, sometimes I do have crazy thoughts like that too lol.
My little man has a HUGE gap between his front top teeth, so he might need them someday. Those are the only 2 he's lost, though, so I am hoping when he loses the rest of his baby teeth up there, they will push together.
Jenn had to have all her baby teeth pulled, they wouldn't come out on their own... fortunately her adult teeth came in straight.
Crazy thoughts? When her first baby tooth had to be pulled and the dentist told me the rest would have to be as well, I dreamed she turned into a shark with row upon row of teeth!
Lil Pumpkin's teeth are still pretty ok but I do remember having crazy thoughts as a kid! How does Isaak feel like his upcoming visit?

So far both boys love the dentist. They haven't really experienced pain. Isaak has no thoughts on the Orthodontist yet...
Jacqueline that dream sounds crazy. I've had crazy ones in the past to.
My son is so good at the dentist. He absolutely HATES it though.
He looks pretty calm :)..we haven't visited one here in the US and I need to make appointments soon ..
Wow, that is a crazy dream
It will all go great, mama!!!!
Keep us posted. I had to get 4 teeth pulled (because my mouth was crowded..) to get braces.. and then had my wisdom teeth taken out later...
Why is it when we lay down to sleep... all these crazy things pop into our heads.
