I had Daddy pull over right by The Four Corners, and we took pictures. It's not the same thing, but it's close.
Do you ever decide that something just isn't worth the cost?
It's not like we were out anything, we were heading to Mesa Verde, which was on our way.
Daddy did get a picture of me, but I hate it. I'm not posting it. It was so windy; my hair was everywhere.
Proof the wind was a little much! His hat wouldn't even stay on.
Did I mention that the sky was bland? No clouds, nothing.

NO WAY! How cool is that??
You were right there in the heart of Anasazi country. Did you see Chaco or Mesa Verde?
I usually decide something isn't worth the cost only after I have paid up and found out i have been had. Then it's too late.
I felt the same way when we were at Stonehenge. Here's the post I shared - http://ofmiceandramen.blogspot.com/2011/09/stonehenge.html#comments
it's pretty cool to be there but I don't think it's worth paying as well just to stand at that spot with no particularly magnificent view :P
Ai @ Sakura Haruka
I wouldn't have paid the $12 for the photo opp either. And don't you hate it when us girls look so stupid on windy days, but the boys looks just fine? It's so unfair!
that would have been cool, but i agree with that being crazy to spend to go...
LOL... I take the really bad picture of me out too and get rid of them so no one can see them.
