Bergamot Essential Oil Review

I'm fairly new to using essential oils. I have some of the main ones I've heard of: Peppermint, Lemon, Lavender, and Tea Tree Oil. One I've never heard of is one I've just used. It's called Bergamot Essential Oil. It's a smells wonderful.


Bergamot is 100% Pure - Non-Toxic - No Additives - Unfiltered and Undiluted with No Fillers.

I have a wake up spray I got for a company that since has gone out of business. I loved that spray. I sprayed it on my forehead, and felt like it worked to give me a wake up call. Mica liked it to.

I've been on a mission about making a wake up spray myself.

Wake Up Spray Directions:

One 1 ounce glass spray bottle.
They sell blue and amber colored ones on Amazon.

1/4 teaspoon Witch Hazel

Essential Oil Mix:

1 drop of Patchouli
1 drop of Bergamot
2 drops of Lemongrass
2 drops of Orange
2 drops of Lemon
2 drops of Peppermint

Mix it up and fill the rest with filtered or distilled water. Mix it up again, and use it.

A wake up spray is interesting to me. I have never heard of anything like that before.

That's a nice amount that they donate. My DIL has some of the oils and uses them. I am always a bit interested!

As for wake up oil, there are def. days I could use a wake up oil. ;)

A spritz of anything in my face would probably wake me up! I am fairly new to essential oils too, after downloading so many free Kindle ebooks on the subject. So much to learn and I have only the basic oils. Never tried bergamot oil though.

I love essential oils, but honestly, haven't tried Bergamot before. It sounds like one I definitely need to add to my collection!
