Peppermint & Lavender Essential Oils Review

I love essential oils. There's so much I've done with them.

InstaNatural scent me a few oils to try out. I so far have loved all of their products! Their scents are strong, so only use a few drops.

InstaNatural scent me Peppermint Essential Oil

It comes in a Large 4 OZ Bottle With Dropper

100% Pure & Natural

Ingredient: 100% Pure Steam-Distilled Peppermint Essential Oil (Mentha Piperita)

A $19.97 Value

Peppermint Essential Oil is a multi-purpose oil that cools, energizes and refreshes the body and mind. This steam-distilled oil is extracted from dried or fresh leaves from the Mentha Piperita herb, giving it a sharp, menthol fragrance. Its pleasantly sweet and minty aroma makes it a premium choice for aromatherapy to improve the mind and lift the spirits.

Tips for Use: You can put a few drops on your wrist, add a few drops to your bath water or boiling water to breath in. It helps with colds, allergies, and headaches. You can make your own sugar scrub, add it to coconut oil, add it to plain scent shampoo, soap, or lotion.

InstaNatural also scent me Lavender Essential Oil

It comes in a Large 4 OZ Bottle With Dropper

100% Pure, Natural & Undiluted

Ingredient: 100% Pure Steam-Distilled Lavender Essential Oil (Lavandula Officinalis)

A $19.97 Value

Lavender Essential Oil is a steam-distilled oil that relaxes and rejuvenates the body and mind with a fresh floral aroma. This essential oil is extracted from the oil glands of the Lavandula Officinalis plant, which gives the oil its sweet herbaceous fragrance. Our Lavender Essential Oil’s clean and serene aroma makes it a perfect companion for aromatherapy to help ease the mind.

Tips for Use: You can add a few drops on a clean cloth to put in your dryer when drying clothes. This will give your clothes a clean fresh smell. Add a few drops to your bath water or boiling water to breath in. It helps relax you. I'm still getting use to Lavender Oil. You can make your own sugar scrub, add it to coconut oil, add it to plain scent shampoo, soap, or lotion.

It's never been a scent I've been in love with. I know it's great for a lot of things, so I'm trying to be open minded to it.

Do you use essential oils? If you do what oil is your favorite? My favorite is Peppermint Oil.
