Body Sport Fitness Ball Review

I got a Body Sport Fitness Ball to review.

The Ball Comes In Different Colors:

Yellow
Green
Teal
Purple
Red - This is the color I picked.

Blowing it Up:

It took about 10 broken minutes to blow it up. Mica was helping me. I don't know if his help, helped, or prolonged the process. I certainly was happy he wanted to help!

One really cool thing is that you don't need any outside devices to help blow the ball up. Body Sport had everything in the box for us to use.

Included in This Little Box:

Big Fitness Ball
Air Pump
Exercise Guide
Instructions

These Exercises Will Target Specific Muscles While Still Working Your Core:

Warm Up and Stretch
Core
Upper Body
Lower Body

What a great little demonstrator you have there! We use one of these in our pilates class. It really is a challenge, but you get such a great core workout with the balls!

I use an exercise ball every day to help with my back problems. I only have the one size and need to get a really large one and a small one.

This would be great for days when it is too hot to go outside (or rainy days!) Talk about a great workout!!!

We have an exercise ball, too. My husband sits on it at the dining room table when he works from home.
